Sushi Elite

I almost don't want to recommend this place because of how amazing it is. The sushi rolls were delicious and the ambiance was perfection. So serene and relaxing. We also got complimentary miso soup and mochi ice cream. Our server was super attentive and friendly.

The location is excellent. It's in the heart of North Natomas in a shopping center that has a grocery store, a gym, clothing stores, and many other restaurant options. The parking is plentiful so you won't have an issue finding parking. There is a little playground outside the front door for kids and families to play at.The service is great! We always receive our food very quickly. The servers are nice and friendly. The booths are very unique and I don't think I've seen tables like them anywhere else.The flavor of the food is phenomenal. The miso soup is hot and hearty, not too salty but also not too watery. The edamame is a nice appetizer to fill you up. We tried the Tiger roll this time which was delicious. Our favorite is the crispy crab roll ($9!). The spicy mayo sauce is probably the best sauce on the planet, I could drink it. The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. They pack the rolls with as much as they can fit in them.The portions are very generous. A roll here averages between $9-16 which is a really good deal compared to other sushi restaurants, it's like Sushi Elite never raised their prices over the years even with inflation. They do not serve those small mini rolls, these are the real deal full sized. You get about 8 sushi rolls in a full roll which is a great amount.The flavor and portions are well above their price making this a fantastic deal. You will walk out of here full after 1 or 2 rolls. I'd say you can expect to pay around $30 for a meal for two which is excellent in today's economy. I have no complaints whatsoever. Honestly, top 5 restaurants of all time for me. This place is a Natomas staple. It's classic.Bottom line/TLDR: amazing local sushi spot.

Came in late on a Sunday night after a softball tournament and kids were starving! Seated right away and we ordered fairly quick as well. Everything was delicious and the price point was great. Being a big family we're always on the lookout for good food with a good price that'll feed us without breaking the bank. Like I mentioned, the food was good. Our softball player craves sushi and this place hit the spot for her. She ate the 2 rolls to herself and helped herself to her sister's ca roll. She approved and will happily come back if we're in the area again!

Today, I enjoyed the rainbow and dragon roll. I've been here a few times and in the past quality of food has been up and down, but today was very good. Always great service. I got complimentary miso soup. Love their interior. Thank you.

This was our first time having dinner here. We were seated right away. The restaurant was pretty cute with benches at the table like how we would look if we were sitting on the ground. We order a few rolls and was surprised that it was not loaded with a ton of rice. The food and rolls were fantastic and we enjoyed our dinner. We was given some free dessert which was the mochi ice cream. Everything was great and I don't mind coming back.

In a nutshell; Good food, nice staff, the booth has a very traditional style to it which may be a bit uncomfortable to some buy beyond that, pretty decent establishmentStarting with the food, I applaud that the portion for the combo/mixed tempura is filling and could almost be an entree. Some establishments give their mixed tempura sparingly and can just be gone In a few bites. The tempura sauce can use some work but good tempura nonetheless. Got a lion king that came with a topping of sweet potato fries which is relatively new to me as most establishments don't top it with sweet potato fries, which was a welcome addition to it. Taste was up to par and was filling if you don't mind the carb on carb combo. The wait for our food wasn't that long. The hostess great and accommodating. The booth had a really nice Japanese tatami mat style look to it but the design of the booth and with just a tiny pillow to cushion your tooshie may be uncomfortable to some if you sit too long. Music being played also fit the theme. Went here for a 2nd time. Another pleasant experience. Will go again.

In short, everything about meal at Sushi Elite was great! The food was delicious with very good portions. We were pleasantly surprised when we all received a bowl of miso with our meal. The service was excellent too. There wasn't a moment where we had to seek out help which was nice. The restaurant's interior decoration was/is beautiful as well. Definitely will be back!

I had to come in after ordering to go and try the dine-in experience. The place was so cute and had the most unique seating that I've seen around the downtown area. We had the Sunset blvd, which was good but very hearty and rice-filled. The Philadelphia remains mine and my sisters favorites paired with pickled wasabi and ginger. The Hamachi was delicious and beautifully plated. We also ordered some Sashimi . It was thumbs up for the sashimi lovers. We liked that it was thick enough to savor the flavors. The Only caveat is that you have to order in 3s, no single or double pieces.A great place to dine and I would come again. I know the other places tend to be more popular, but I really like this sushi spot! The service was impeccable. They gave us complimentary sesame balls, and made sure our Hot tea was always filled. This place is really great!

The sushi was delicious and fresh. The ambiance is beautiful. The service was delivered with a smile. Our food was prepared quickly.

I've been to sushi elite a number of times and they are always very polite and friendly. The sushi rolls are pretty cool how they look when they serve them and taste good as well. The karage chicken is really good as well. Good atmosphere- friendly and good food. Enjoy
