BEST DONUTS IN SACRAMENTO, period! Can't change my mind. Owners are super nice. Highly recommend!

I got ham and cheese croissant.. TRASH! They use some cheese sauce instead of real cheese.. I didn't know you could mess these up.. but I know now. I've had skimpy ones but never a nasty one.. smh. Remove from menu or use real cheese..

Don't go in when the dude is at the counter ...He's hella stingy ...doesnt even give you any free donuts

Always a great experience coming here. Its my new donut spot. The donuts a fresh and delicious its pretty small inside and an older building but prices a great and best donuts around. The lady behind the counter is always nice and friendly. They have coffee and juices. They do charge for using the card so bring cash.

I love the variety of donuts they have here! Their prices are very fair. I went and bought a dozen donuts for just above $12 dollars so pretty cheap for the quality of donut in my opinion. They always throw in an extra donut too when I've gone! The neighborhood may be kinda sketch but it's worth it if you're craving a nice fresh donut. They do accept card as well but for a small fee. On the window it also says the stop accepting cards at certain hours? Not sure how closely they stick to that but something to keep in mind. Overall, yum!

I'm currently compiling a list.My personal donut list.Rolling around on two wheels has never made our adventures more fun. Sure, we get a lot of exercise and whatever I eat for the rest of the day cross cancels the calories burnt all more morning. But what I do enjoy, are the little nooks and crannies housing little gems known to some as the savior of working men.Apparently, this use to be an old Winchell's, as so indicated by the fading yellow and brown plastic swinging furniture inside and old donut posters hanging off the walls. The rest, however, has gone local. A group of local laborers sat, facing the windows, speaking Spanish, over cups of coffee and donuts.I purchased a cake donut with vanilla glaze and rainbow sprinkles. My brother had his usual apple fritter, which I found slightly oil ridden. We also ordered coffee each, my bill settling itself under $2.There is something pleasantly calming about munching on a donut with the foreign chatter continued to grow and wrap around us. I prefer it anyways. It makes for an enhanced morning. Donuts galore. Donut holes. Fruit filled donuts. Bear claws. Cinnamon puffs. Cake donuts. Old Fashioned. Buttermilk. You name it, they have it here.On top of the list, they also have an acceptable toilet on premise. I would advise utilizing the paper towels when opening the doors and operating the levers.Along the walls are handmade signs notifying the public that alcoholic beverages are not allowed, especially a certain type of wine and Bud. My brother made fun of me since I had never ever heard of T Bird Wine. What the hell is T Bird Wine? And who the hell brings liquor into a donut shop?Apparently, I still have a lot to learn.

There was one person working. He was sitting in the back on his phone with headphones in. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before he decided to get up and help me. He saw when I walked in but still decided to watch his phone for a few minutes... great customer service

I was worried when I ordered my too good to go and saw the yelp reviews. At the end, who cares? Give it a try. Definitely worth the try, our donuts came in a medium sized box with many assorted donuts. They were dipped very nicely, not too sweet, and not too oily compared to other places. If you are into super sweet donuts, superior donuts may not be sweet enough for you. But if you want your sweetness just right, they really get the job done. It is however not in the best part of the town, but I grew up here and I'm used to areas like these. Not only that, there's a police station 2 minutes away. Tldr; Ignore the past reviews and give it a try.

This place has amazing donuts! As a grown man, I usually don't pull out my phone to take a piture of my food, but as I waited, and looked at these fresh beautiful donuts, I had to. They don't just make good donuts, but they were in there at 4am making these pieces of art. If you like good fresh donuts, make sure to get there early, because they go quick. It looked to me like they are family owned, so they actually put care in to their product. You won't get that from Dunkin' or Krispy. Thank you to the owners for waking up early and working hard so that I can have my guilty pleasure before work!
