Superb Pizza

Ordering: I rarely leave reviews, however I felt very compelled too after getting duped with these recent 5 star reviews. I was thrilled to support a small mom and pop shop and I loved the fact that they don't do DoorDash, Grubhub etc... but instead use a different platform that allows local businesses to advertise, sell and make more money from there delivery fees, because they actually do the deliveries, which allows them to get around 30% more profit according to the app. So, that was another ordering factor for me which was supporting small businesses, The app is called, "Beyond menu" which is what their website uses to place orders.Experience: I ordered a medium half pepperoni extra cheese, half artichoke chicken pizza and it was, "PATHETIC!" There was only 4 pieces of artichoke and you would have thought I ordered thin crust. The artichoke side had tons of cheap frozen grilled chicken and 4 artichoke pieces, and they did add the extra cheese, but there were no other toppings like there should be and the pizza was so thin, the overly compensated amount of chicken ratio was sliding and falling off. Like I don't know what they were thinking? Were they thinking, "Oh, if we just put a whole bunch of cheap crappy frozen chicken on here and none of the other toppings this person should be happy? Laziness and cheapness is what I call it! I know you're in the hood so there's most likely a lot of ppl under some kind of influence, so maybe that's why they can get away with horrible food? Because most of their customers are probably too, "messed up and faded" to realize the crap they are eating. Lol! I mean it's better than prison food I guess, but I wouldnt know. Their customers probably do though! They have great potential... sauce and cheese was good, even the thin dough was good. I'll give credit when credit is due. However, I don't think them ever reaching that potential will ever happen. Especially based off of the real reviews and not the fake 5 star ones! ‍ Reaction: I'm a former chef, so I'll admit I'm a bit picky... but when your on a very strict diet and haven't had any cheat days for a month and have been cooking every single meal and then look forward to your, "naughty pizza day" and receive absolute garbage, your going to be mad! Seriously, if this place wasn't in the, "Hood" and it being later in the evening, I would have drove back there myself and would have thrown that pizza back at them and showed them pics of my food, including pizzas I've made so they can know what real food looks like. Seriously, you don't know me if you think I'm joking! I've been referred to as the female version of chef, "Gordon Ramsey." Wouldn't be the 1st time I've gone unhinged on laziness and poor quality control! Perhaps, they have been relying on AI too much just like the rest of the world, cuz these ppl straight up forgot how to make a simple pizza and they are a damn pizza place! So back to the drawing board, cuz this place "Sucks!" Little Cesar's is better and cheaper! $30 out the door for a pathetic medium pizza. They can definitely look for a "mention" on several social media platforms in the next couple upcoming weeks. I'm a pretty well known influencer... Its gonna suck to be you! Hopefully they will learn a lesson or two after this.

The owner is rude and has low energy. Its not the customers fault that you are forced to do the work you do. Do better bucko.

Been coming to here for 20 years, best pizza in north highlands!!! When you place an order for pickup you also get a free 2 liter soda, come check it out you won't regret it!

This pizza is so good, and affordable. You can find the best deals by ordering online. This location is not in the best neighborhood but the food is great.I love the thinly sliced mushrooms here, my go to order is pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust is delicious and thick. The combination pizza is another one of our favorites it is always loaded with toppings.

We received an ad/coupon in the mail. We proceeded to show more interest in the business once looking at the flyer. We live close by and we're craving pizza, so we thought we would try something new and a little cheaper. I am sure this business is amazing for people that need a more affordable food option, but the food is not it. I ordered 2 pizzas, a calzone, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo boneless wings.... I had a strange feeling before we ordered, because of the stock photos used in the mail flyer, but I still ordered based on the google reviews. It was $80 with the tip included for delivery. Sadly to say, the food is extremely underwhelming. The sides (apart from the calzone) appear frozen or Jack-in-the-Box style. We chose to air-fry the mozzarella sticks and the jalapeño peppers, because they were not warm.;however, after air frying for three minutes, the batter was soggy, and the jalapeño poppers look exactly like the ones I get from Jack-in-the-Box. My boneless buffalo wings have hardly any sauce on them and represent the Tyson boneless wings in the Walmart frozen section. I am sorry to say that if you receive the flyer in the mail, the food does not look at ALL like the photos. Also, for everyone leaving good reviews... YOU ARE ALL getting combination! Of course it's going to be good. I have included photos of everything we have received as well.Good night

Great pizza for the second time Chicago style is the best kind more breading definitely will be coming back often for pizza and great deals

For starters, the pizza is really good, the price, more than fair, but what makes this place great is their customer service. My girlfriend ordered her standard pizza which they made a mistake on, she called to complain and they offered to replace it and bring it to us even though we are out of their service area. They were so cool with how they handled it

Their name truly describes their pizza - always consistent, always delicious! My dad and I go there approx. once a week.

The owner of this pizza shop is awesome. He always gives me good deals and makes my order fast. Pizza quality it's top tier. The owner is super nice and friendly. I recommend coming here if you want some good pizza.
