Superb Burger Fish and Chips

There food is amazing there fried zucchini is fantastic and there portions are big. I really love the seasoning on there food as well.

I don't who that young kid with the beanie and goatee is at the counter but he is literally the rudest human being in the world.I step up to order my food and I could already hear him mutter under his breath "Christ."I ordered the seafood sampler platter and again under his breath his mutters "f*ck"As I'm waiting for my food I can hear him cursing in the background. Clearly he's by himself and he's short staffed which is annoying but good lord don't take it out on customers.

Staff is clearly overworked, angry, and feels the need to make sure everybody knows it.That said, the food was excellent.If you don't mind profanity, heavy metal music, and staff that's a little rough around the edges, the burgers are decent. Not great, but adequate for the price - without dealing with the traffic, lines and parking at In & Out.I really just wanted a greasy burger and fries, and my craving was satiated. This place is close to where I live, so I'll likely be by again when I need something quickly and my favorite place is already closed.

The last time I had Superb Burger I may have been in high school, so having it today was exciting.The food was good! The fish and chips were tasty, the fish was large and flavorful. My husband said the cheeseburger was big and juicy. He loved the portions of the tomatoes and how cheesy it was overall.The service was good; very friendly staff. The restaurant was clean.

Have not been here for awhile but always liked it...have not gotten my order yet but the cook/counter person is perhaps the rudest person I have ever had take my order...he is definitely having a bad day (or else he is always this way?) Hope the burger and fries make up for the service lol

We came here because we were in the mood for fish and chips. We planned on eating there because fish and chips rarely keep after a car ride. As we walk in straight metal is playing; it wasn't great but at least somewhat tolerable I guess? Upon receiving our food my husband's looks good but mine was super overdone and inedible. I've only ever had to return food one other time in my life (diff restaurant and was too spicy) so I explained how hard the fish was and was asked if I wanted it remade to which I said yes please. As we waited for my new order, the music got stranger and stranger and honestly I wouldn't even call it music. Like it just felt like we were on another planet (and not in a good way). Also during this time I used the bathroom and it was so filthy which was concerning and made me think about how the rest of the restaurant was cleaned. Eventually my new order was ready and he even remade the fries which was not needed but very nice. Still though the music made it hard to converse and I ate quickly so we could get the heck out of there. I'm sure you're wondering how the food was? The steak fries were really good, the fish the second time was a lot better but still I know there's better spots out there for fish and chips. Would I return? Pretty unlikely, but if I did I'd probably get a burger instead.

Just got hung up on by the extremely miserable and rude guy who answered their phone.** Attention owner ** this guy said his name is Mike which I'm sure is a lie, he is working 2/12/25 Wed at 4:40pm. We have been placing orders here over the phone for years and always take my cc over the phone for payment. He said he wouldn't do this, then literally hung up on me, what??!!! lol really? who does this in customer service??!! I proceeded to call back and he wouldn't answer! This small business just lost a $60 order, I can't imagine you want someone like this working there! We won't return, please hire better!

On February 11, 2025 actual price charged was noticeably higher than shown on the menu and on the big price board. The owner explained that she does not know the password to change her untruthfully low prices to the actual prices. Lady, just ask your child the fix your password before you drive away more customers.

Excellent Fish and Chips...really fresh and great flavor! Sunny, the owner, was so friendly and takes great pride in making sure her customers are happy.Very clean and organized. I highly recommend her restaurant because of the quality of the food and the care that Sunny genuinely shows to her customers.

Overall the place is clean. However the service of TAE HEE could have been a whole lot better. I understand he was working by himself so that could have been why he was frustrated. I wasn't pleased with his remarks and how he handled food. He doesn't wear a hairnet or a face covering (considering he has a face and head full of hair) or even wear gloves( finger nails looked dirty) . I watched him touch every utensil, pot handles and prepare our food without washing his hands in between. He dealt with fish, burgers and fries all at the same time. To me that wasn't very sanitary. Also he was a bit sarcastic. We asked for a manager but apparently TAE HEE responded that no manager was available nor did he know when a manager would be back. Lastly. He doesn't respond when we said THANK YOU. I was just about ready to ask for a refund. Instead I left and did not even eat my food.
