Great atmosphere and helpful staff in the store. Plenty of equipment to train with... conjugate style, bands, chains, bench boards, boxes etc .

Amazing place to show up and get some gains!!! Not only is this place a true gift to the bodybuilding community it is also the home of Slingshot by Mark Bell. The Bell family have successfully impacted the weightlifting and bodybuilding community for the better. Walking into this gym is a privilege and an amazing experience, not just because Mark Bell has made it free...but because you feel welcomed, at home and you know you're gonna get a great workout!! Everything they seem to put their mark on has tremendous value and this gym is no exception!! Thank you you Mark...we will be back

Awesome place to visit, just started getting serious with compound lifting and power lifting..got a chance to meet Mr Mark bell the owner of the gym and creator of the "sling shot"Approached me while looking around the store and it was a very humbling experience meeting someone I followed in the powerlifting community.Hopefully I can train in ST one of these days! Will definitely be back to purchase more lifting gear!

Mark Bell, his team, his products and his gym are all top notch. I visited the store and worked out at the gym over the Christmas break. It's freaking awesome to work out with like minded strength people who only want to see the best out of you. It all starts at the top with Mark - he's a quality guy who kick's butt himself, but stays humble and kind and open's his incredible gym to the public for free on the weekends. I have been lifting on my own for 20 years, but learned a ton from the team with my back and leg workouts. I was so inspired, that I joined a power lifting gym in San Diego. All of the employees were helpful - they took the time to help size the sleeves to make sure I bought the right products. I left with knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, a slingshot, a couple of shirts and a sweet hoodie. Ill be visiting Mark Bell's gym whenever I am back in Sac for a great workout.I HIGHLY recommend you check out the gym, products, and team if you're into any sort of weightlifting.

Mark Bell's THE Supertraining Gym is legit AF. If you ever come here, you'll only have the best audience, probably get recorded (girls beware of your camel toe) and probably get strong AF (I hope). It's a private gym so you can't randomly walk in. Email him and maybe he'll consider it. I love the atmosphere and people here. You can never go wrong with people who bash on each other and motivate each other :-) I also have this random ass picture of Mark Bell I don't remember taking lol.

I purchased the Slingshot, strong knee, and elbow sleeves. I came back 3 separate times for all 3 things because of personal preferences, not that anything was wrong with the items. Each time I was promptly answered by an email, and the staff at the location listened to my concerns and helped me with choices, let me try on gear, watched my form and let me test their stuff out. Outstanding customer service. The gym is epic and they have it open to the public on the weekends with all like minded people into lifting. Sure their items are expensive, but that assurance and quality is important.

Mark Bell's gym is a power lifters dream! Mark and his ST team offer advice and tips to improve lifts on the spot. Clean, fun and competitive environment! Definitely worth a trip to NorCal to check this place out! Be sure to check gym times for public use and send a message prior to visiting. Highly recommend!

Best gym in the states. Insane that you can walk in for free and train around some of the world's best.
