I've been a loyal customer of Sun & Soil's organic juices for a while now, and I'm thrilled with their recent update to the packaging, specifically the new lids. Not only do they continue to deliver the same great, fresh-tasting juice that I love, but the improvement to the lids has made the experience even better! One of the things I've always appreciated about Sun & Soil is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The new lids are a testament to this. They're easier to remove, with a simple twist that requires far less effort compared to the older design. As someone who used to occasionally struggle with opening tightly sealed bottles, this change is a breath of fresh air.The new lids are also thoughtfully designed--they're larger, which makes them much easier to grip, even when my hands are wet or when I'm in a hurry. This might seem like a small change, but it makes a big difference in convenience, especially for people who value ease of use.I also appreciate that, despite the new design, Sun & Soil has stayed true to their eco-conscious values. The lids are made from recyclable materials, so I can enjoy the convenience without feeling guilty about my environmental impact. It's great to see a company that doesn't just focus on the product inside but also on making sure the entire experience, from the first twist to the last sip, is smooth and sustainable.Overall, I'm impressed with Sun & Soil's new lids, and I look forward to enjoying their delicious juices with this added ease. It's clear that they listen to their customers and continue to innovate in thoughtful ways.

I love this place. The new location is super cute too, would be great for an event, like a brunch or something. Their juice, smoothies, and food is all amazing and makes you feel like you're doing something nice for your body.

I've been coming to this location for over a year now, it's spacious, easy to find and has plenty of parking. The staff is really friendly and always greets me as I come into the store. They have a cold case with bottled juices, shots and food items as well as some frozen offerings. They also have coffee, smoothies and juices that you can order at the counter. The lemon honey freeze is my favorite and perfect for the hot summer days. They offer mostly vegan and gluten free options and everything is delicious. They have a front room that they can use for private events and they throw their own events. Check out their website and social media for the latest events and offerings.

A big shoutout to Rachel K for introducing me to Sun & Soil's West Sac location (they also have a location in midtown)! What a hidden gem, tucked away in an industrial / office park area! The space is filled with natural light and live green plants - love the aesthetic. We visited for coffee, but the menu includes all kinds of health-focused, organic, clean food and drink options: think smoothies, green juices, teas, acai bowls, salads, and more. Some items are ready for grab-and-go and others can be made fresh.I started with a ginger shot to boost my immune system! Boom! And then continued with the Bohemian Bowl / oatmeal, which included goji berries, seeds, and other goodies, plus a dash of honey and maple syrup. Delish! My iced latte was smooth and packed the perfect punch to fuel my long drive back to the North Bay.How cool that they also have a private event room and offer fitness, meditation, nutrition, and wellness classes/seminars?! If I lived nearer, this would be a regular stop!

Rescued another "Surprise Bag" via Too Good To Go where you could get juice, baked goods, produce, and/or any other organic goodies (variety not guaranteed) from this West Sacramento location for only $5.99 plus tax. Pickup within a certain timeframe, and claim/swipe in-app and show the staff in order to pick up. Since my last visit, they do have a real sign with their business name instead of just an awning. Pickup was quick, just before 12:00 PM. Staff was ok in terms of friendliness, but her attention was divided before/after helping me. They asked if I liked chocolate before grabbing my items from the fridge. The value of this is still great (TGTG has this surprise bag strikethrough pricing as $18). Previously (Fall 2023) for the same TGTG price, I received one 16-oz plastic bottle of Cold Brew, one 16-oz plastic bottle of Cucumber Juice, one 16-oz plastic bottle of Front Porch, one 2-oz Gingy health shot, and two 2-oz Immune Boost health shots, which was very generous. Today, I only received one 12-oz glass bottle of Green Queen, and one 12-oz glass bottle of Cocoa Hero, both with Enjoy By dates of 5/15/24. On their website, a 16-oz bottle of Green Queen juice (Cucumber, Celery, Kale, Cilantro, Lime & Cayenne) normally goes for $10.50. Likewise, a 16-oz bottle of Cocoa Magic plant milk (Cashews, Dates, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cocoa, Maca, Pink Salt, & Garam Masala) goes for a full-price of $9.50. I did ask if that was "all" (remembering what quantity I got last time), and the gal said yes, that it was $21 worth! Not sure when they made the change from plastic to glass bottles, but the labeling did also go down from 16-ounce to 12-ounce of product. I'm not complaining as Too Good To Go is still a big discount and these high quality, organic, raw cold-pressed juice and plant milk unsold items are being rescued. #shrinkflationGREEN QUEEN: "This juice is a great low-sugar option. Cucumbers provide a punch of Vitamin A, B, C and silica, which may help strengthen connective tissues. Celery has been attributed to lower cholesterol and reducing high blood pressure. With the added cilantro, kale and cayenne, this juice is sure to perk up your tastebuds, and provide your body with tons of phytonutrients, enzymes and vitamins." 2 servings, 50 calories per servingCOCOA HERO: "This combination offers a range of health benefits. Cashews contribute healthy fats and minerals, while dates add natural sweetness and fiber; vanilla and cinnamon enhance flavor with anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, cocoa brings antioxidants, maca supports energy and hormonal balance, and pink salt and garam masala provide essential minerals, creating a nutrient-rich blend that can positively impact overall well-being." 2 servings, 115 calories per servingThe Green Queen is spicy (get the Green King for the non-spicy version) but was not bad at all for a green juice. The Cocoa Hero was creamy (due to the cashew milk) and not overly sweet. I enjoyed both! I didn't purchase any additional items while I was there, although their shop (other than juices and plant milks) also boasts smoothies, acai bowls, sweets, snacks, vegan/gluten-free food, frozen food, pantry items, pet treats, supplements, and merch. In their Event Room they also have seminars, Yoga, etc. and I also saw a QR code on the main entrance door for Fitness classes.

This is my fave location. If I need a juice, I come here. Service is generally pretty good. I tried the food one time and it was definitely healthy. It was a pumpkin tamale with some salsa. It was different for an acquired taste. I didn't mind it and am glad that I tried it. I love their consistency with their juicing. It is quite expensive so be ready for this to be a treat and not a daily thing.

I love the smoothies here--they're the best, in my opinion! The atmosphere is nice clean and pleasant. The customer service is always good, and the smoothie menu has everything I need. My go-to drinks are the Downtown Molly Brown and Midtown Blue. Their fresh juices are also great--always refreshing and made with quality ingredients. Plus, their pastries and bars are delicious! While they used to be in Midtown, I'm so glad we still have this location. I make it in once or twice a week. They also have a great selection of coffee and teas. I hope you enjoy your visit! Remember, your health is your best asset, so take good care of it!

Oh the "Pesto Noodles". I am open to trying all types and kinds of food. You never know what may be good! I grabbed a maple latte on recommendation, which was fine. It wasn't very maple-y. I realize natural flavorings tend to be mild but this was like a regular latte.I decided to grab the pesto noodles from the fridge. I opened it two minutes later in the car to start eating- the "sauce" had a bunch of watery liquid in the bottom of the container. It was so bland. The noodles themselves are kelp based per the ingredients list- I can't describe the texture. Awkwardly crunchy and stringy. This was a huge miss for me. I do NOT waste food; this sadly went into the trash. Service is always good and that's a non issue. Could really use some better food options!
