I've always avoided this Subway because of the area it is in, but I decided to stop by today, and I'm glad I did! The restaurant was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately stood out. The ingredients were fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. This Subway location is the worst we have ordered in. We placed an order online and it did went through. First footlong ordered meatball marina was out didn't even offer a substitute and the second footlong the person on the drive thru just deliberately said they're close already and can't make it. We were not refunded staff said do it online and there's no option online for that. Tried to reach out, no Manager available past 10am already. This is just the worst experience ever with Subway.

The drive thru service at this location is very unprofessional and poor. The employee confirmed my order, tooky payment, and then told me that he would be back in 10 minutes and locked the drive thru window and went back to the front or the restaurant. After waiting a while and seeing that he wasn't coming back to drive thru anytime soon because he went back serving customers inside with his coworker, I left drive thru and went inside to ask for a refund. When the other employee asked why I wanted a refund and I explained what happened, she said, "Everybody had to wait" with no apology for any inconvenience. Needless to say, I don't recommend this franchise; there are much better Subway franchises in Sacramento with better service.
