We go to subway quite a bit and there are 3 in our 2-3mile radius. My family will NEVER come here again after about 3 trips. The lady that helped us treated my daughter with angry attitude every time she called out a veggie. The attitude was completely uncalled for, besides terrible service. Being an adult, I figured I may receive a different service. Yeah, not the case. When I ordered my sandwich, it was exact same angry attitude and I had to ask for extra of every veggie - it was like a sprinkle every time. Bottom line, there's plenty of Subways in this area and unwelcoming attitude is completely unacceptable. Also, 3 times that we came here, the bread was never fresh and it stinks like a wet dog inside.

The kids who work here are so awesome. They come in, do their job to the fullest, and make my sandwich great. So now you're wondering why only 1 star??The manager working today was obviously in a bad mood. Upon coming in, the store was unbearably hot. I couldn't wait to get my sandwich and leave. The girl who was making sandwiches stepped into the back, and the grumpy manager asked what I wanted. I ordered a foot long oven roasted chicken sandwich. He grabbed 2 pieces of chicken and put it on the bread. Now, normally, every time I've ever had this sandwich made, they warm it up before putting it on the bread, but this time, I think we were being rushed. I decided to get it toasted, like I normally do. I DID ask him why he didn't warm it up first, but he said it would be "alright this way." I told him, "ok, I'll trust you."He started on my husband's Italian bmt. Same kind of bread, he had to restock a few meats while making our sandwiches. He continues with mine with the lettuce, tomato, mayo, red onions.... he finished my husband's too. The whole time with some weird attitude written all over his face. I tried to keep a smile on my face, hoping he would at least smile back. Or be a little move friendly instead of the Jerk attitude he was having. We get it. You wish it wasn't busy, but seriously, your negativity shows loud & clear your customers. We drove hm, 2 min away and when I opened up my sandwich, the bread was hard. Yes, toasted, but hard. Kind of what is like when you warm a slice of pizza for too long in the microwave. So, back to subway we headed so I can get my sandwich fixed. When I got inside, there was 1 customer leaving. I was polite, and waited until he exited before I announced to the same grumpy manager I didn't like how my sandwich turned out. So, he put on gloves, glared, and inspected the sandwich. He asked in a rude easy, "Where?"I showed him and said, "right here it's too hard. The bread doesn't feel right." He tried telling me that's how bread is when you toast it. I just told him no, it's not. That's not how a sandwich tastes toasted. It was hard! He went on to argue with me that this is how bread is when it's toasted. So, I told him, "Well, I don't like it, so I would like it remade." .... he kept song with me. So, I sarcastically said, "Look, I've been eating subway for more than 10 years. This is not how a sandwich is supposed to be toasted or taste. So just please, remake my sandwich, or give me my money back!"Finally! The young girl there appeared and he told her to remake my sandwich. As I was telling her what goes on it, the manager kept talking about how bread is like that when toasted. I just told him, I don't care! I'm done arguing! I didn't like it! That's it!" I looked at the girl who was making my sandwich. She got quite all of a sudden. I told her I wasn't mad at her and that I was mad at her stupid manager. She politely asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her, "Nope. We're not going down that road again!"Got my sandwich, and booked it out of there. I've never seen this manager act like this, over a sandwich I didn't like.

This is a HORRIBLE subway to go to. I have had multiple issues with the manager here. They want to only put very little vegetables on your sandwich an its not made how "you" want it. The manager was talking "s**t" an was VERY unprofessional to me an rude because how I wanted my sandwich and in front of other customers. He tried claiming he was the owner an kept trying to argue with me. To top it all off, I went to the other Subway on Joiner an found out that they all "heard" about me and about the incident. I find it completely rude, horrible customer service for him to talk about it to other stores. I will never go back to either one. Especially since the other doesnt make it how I like it. I will go to Beach Hut Deli an pay the extra couple dollars just for better quality food, GREAY customer service and they ALWAYS make ur sandwich how YOU want it. I even went online to make a complaint an they didnt do anything. Horrible, horrible, horrible place to go. I wont give them a penny ever again. DONT EAT HERE unless u want HORRIBLE service from the "manager" that is supposed to set an example for his team! ! This store should be shut down or new employees an manager.

BEWARE! Worst Subway ever! I have been told they bake fresh bread 3 times a day. NOT at this one! My bread was so stale that I had to pitch my veggie sandwich in the trash! NEVER going back to this Subway again! NO wonder there was no line. You will never get repeat business if your ingredients aren't fresh and with a location like 12 bridges, your only hope of ever being busy is by earning repeat business by taking care of the locals. Word travels fast in this community!

I frequent this subway often and I'm surprised by the poor reviews. The staff that I encounter recently have always been nice. The only reason why I'm taking off one star is because on about three different occasions, onions somehow got mixed into either the green peppers or black olives bins. I despise raw onion so it was quite shocking when I bit into my sandwich each time.

This Subway on 12 Bridges drive is awful. On several occasions I have ordered the "Pro" version which is supposed to mean double meat and have gotten a sandwich that is light on meat even for a regular much less a double meat. When I complained, I was told I could get a replacement but when I went in they were clueless. I got the "who did you talk to" routine. Stupidly I went back and the same thing happened. This time when I called in and complained about them not being able to make a sandwich right I was told they would relpace the sandwich. When I said that I did not want their free sandwich I was to "shut your mouth". Needless to say I won't go back or shut my mouth. This place sucks. Get out of the business if you can't do the job and be decent to people.

Awful! Even by subway standards. Stale bread (white roll) wasn't toasted yet it was like eating a piece of sun-dried cardboard. How do you mess up a tuna sandwich? Very unfriendly staff and the dining room was a complete mess even though there was only one other patron in the store (went around 2:30 so no way they just had a huge rush) the sandwich board was filthy as well. I regret stopping in and won't ever make that mistake again.
