The avocado smoothie here was less than ideal. The lady who took my order and made them didn't bother to clean out the blender. My smoothie tasted like coffee... I know they sell iced coffees but that's not what I ordered. There was also no menu so we didn't know much anything cost or what was available. The smoothies were $6 each (no boba). I've always wanted to try this place because they seem to have decent reviews but maybe stick to their water.

Just found this place and I am so glad!! I wanted a good smoothie but didn't want to pay 8 plus dollars at Jamba juice or some of the other chains. The ingredients are all real fruit and they use alkaline water and ice. The man at the register was extremely friendly and explained a lot of the menu to me. The store was extremely clean and the smoothie came out quickly. It was only 4 dollars I tried the wildberry and it was perfect consistency and better than the big chain stores by far!! I highly recommend.

Good coffee. Nice servers. Strong wifi. That is all I need. Crowded in the morning but more chilled in the afternoon if anyone ever wants to study out here. The noise, I personally don't care because I have headphones.

Nice little shop owned by a nice family. I'm only reviewing the smoothies since that's all that we went for. They also sell water where you fill up your 2-5 gallon jugs. Service was great. They were very patient and answered all the questions we had about their smoothies. It was pretty good. I will come back to try out other flavors.

I would give this place a 2.5 stars just for the service. We came here on our first day of Chinese new year and wanted to try out a new boba place for sitting down and gossiping. We thought they have yogurt as how their sign showed us but no they don't have any yogurt there. Then we went for a strawberry and a coconut pineapple ice cream and they tasted meh. I would prefer to pay my $3 for the less quantity but higher quality ice cream at another place next time. Also, the boba is the worst in compared to gong cha or snow bee, I'm sorry! The server was nice but that's not what matters, we will not be back next time. But we hope the owner could improve the quality of their foods then we might drop by for another chance.

So glad I found this place. I have been looking for an alkaline water dispensary and glad I found this one. The owner is always friendly and likes to show the husband and I how he makes his water alkaline. We've been going to this place for a few months now and will continue to do so. No complaints here.

Cool little place! Many options of milk tea, coffees's, tea's , smoothies, fresh fruit drinks, slushees, and ice cream! Fairly priced! Everything pretty much under $4. Ice cream is a great deal! Large portion for the "small" and "large" sized and free toppings. Also, the owner produces alkaline water. Very nice owner!

CASH ONLY!!! Next to iTea boba shop. They don't fill cup all the way when u ask for no ice for viet coffee.

i've been coming to this place since i was a child and the food quality has stayed amazing. The food, drinks, and service are amazing and never fail to amaze me. The ambiance around the place is peaceful and comfy, this family owned business is my go to spot!
