FRAUD ALERT!‼ Beware of blonde server who fraudulently gave herself a $20 tip on a $45.59 total, a 44% tip to herself!! Our server got pissed off because i tipped her 10% instead of the customary 15%. She was unfriendly and inattentive. She told my friend that he could not order anything from the kids menu when he inquired. He wanted to order a light meal because he wasn't hungry. My second friend had recommend that we try this restaurant because he liked the fish and chips and raved about it. While the fish was good, getting cheated by a dishonest server here certainly does not warrant any future trips. See all my photos for proof of the receipt showing what I tipped vs what was stolen and charged to my credit card. Fortunately my credit card company automatically reimbursed me. The name on the receipt may or may not be our actual server as i had to ask another server if i can pay and she has print out the invoice so that I could pay. Double check your credit charges here and save your receipts because this server is still working there!

I ordered the Black and blue burger, it was ok. I asked for it to be medium well and it was medium rare. They serve "steak" fries. If you enjoy large fries, these are for you. There are many other things to try here that sound interesting. The big drawback for me here is that the staff aren't very friendly. I've been here 3 times now. They are very slow to come over and greet you and get your drinks. Once your food is served, you don't see anyone again. I've heard others sitting near me making the same complaints.

We came here to watch USA play. It was great to get out of the house during Copa America. They had it playing on all the screens. The only down side was the sound was bad. They tried the main speakers but it kept going in and out. They then changed it to the volume on the TVs, but it was impossible to understand what the commentator was saying.We ordered the Scotch egg. It was heavenly. It's not something you order all the time, but when I do I love it. It was so much bigger then the one we ordered at the last pub we went to. We also ordered the Cornbeef Reuben. It was tasty, but there was way too much fat for my liking. I would not order it again.Service was great. There was 4 tables taken and 4 people at the bar. The bar tenders also served the tables. She was quick and actually came back to out table twice to see if we needed anything and we did.I will be back to watch another game.

Love this place! Best fish n chips in Sacramento. Great drinks, AMAZING staff. Pick a seat, relax and enjoy. Not a hurried atmosphere at all. Discussions and friends happen here. Put your phone away and enjoy. Also of note: the Xango cheesecake, the cottage pie and the BURGERS! Don't miss this place, it's a total destination.

I recommend coming for happy hour! I believe the hours are 3-6 on weekdays. I went on a Friday and had a great time. It wasn't too loud or busy, I got a buzz and my Moscow mules were $5.50 each. Great prices and not rowdy! Will come again!

This is a very nice little pub. Great selection of beers and the food is pretty good as well.Stop in and have a pint.

Had Fish and Chips here! Found this place specifically for Fish and Vhips during lemt.I now go outside Lent for the Fish and Chips! It is almost a hidden gem but right on the corner of Jefferson and Lake Washington blink and you might miss it but don't! THE FOOD AND DRINKS are really good.The staff and owner Danielle really give you good service and make you feel Welcome.Theres not that many standard fare Restaurants in West Sacramento proper but this one you will want to go to.It is great place to lunch with clients and easy to find and must for the Fish during lent.Family friendly and have brought my pup and ate on the Patio.Great place !

Food is fabulous, try the fish & chips..Pool tables are available as well as Darts in a separate room, full menu available in pool room, Music .. separate patio with live music ...

The food is good for pub food. They do have pretensions of grandeur. And they are judgy AF. Get involved in all the business of their locals. And service is really, really slow. They always seem to be chatting with people at one end of the bar.

Went in yesterday shortly after opening withtwo friends. I had the cottage pie, which was very good. My friend had the fish and chips and a cup of clam chowder. He was very pleased. His wife had the blackened salmon and enjoyed it as well. I split an apple tart for dessert with his wife and it was just as good as everything else!
