Steve’s Pizza

I've been a customer for quite awhile. Mostly pickup. But each and every time, staff on the phone and in person has provided top notch customer service. Pizzas are received as ordered and per the stated pickup time. Pizzas are gorgeous looking, not skimpy on the toppings, and tasty. The pizzas are American style meaning it has a high gluten crust that gives it a more bready taste. Fresh out of the oven, it smells so good. The toppings taste and look like quality stuff. Yum. The menu also offers chicken wings, various sandwiches, cheese bread, and a salad bar. The location has a nice size indoor seating area with TVs tuned into sports channels. Comfortable, family friendly place. Good all around family neighborhood pizzeria. Steve's Pizza is a Sacramento area local franchise with just about a handful of locations.

One of my favorite pizza places in the area! Their crust is amazing, they have great topping combinations, and the staff are always kind.

Really wanted to like this place. I ordered a pizza for my girlfriend to be delivered at her house. They said 30 minutes so I told her an ETA time and the pizza was almost 40 minutes late. After I called them, they said it was a DoorDash problem and not their problem. I don't see it that way as I ordered a pizza from them and they said they would deliver it. Their outside contract with DoorDash is not my concern and I say that reflects poorly on their business that they do not have a reliable delivery service, nor do they seem concerned about an hour old pizza getting delivered. It says a lot when a business is willing to lose a customer rather than take care of a customer that got a bad deal, so they get a bad review from me. I don't care how good the pizza is when fresh, after 45 minutes or an hour it's cold and no good. If it takes an hour to get a pizza from this place, I highly recommend no delivery. I even tipped the driver five dollars ahead of time but I swear I wish I could get that money back because the driver didn't deserve a penny.

We were looking for a great pizza and saw Steve's was highly rated so we took a chance, great choice! We ordered the vegetarian pizza with the original crustand it was loaded with toppings. The toppings completely covered the pizza and they were delicious!!

Delicious! Our group ordered three different pizzas, and they were all DIVINE! Will be ordering from Steve's again!

Great pizza, great vibes!The Aloha pizza was AWESOME- some cheese sprinkled ver the other toppings got extra crunchy and crispy- my husband usually skips eating the crust and he notably ate it! Everyone was very nice

Pizza was so good! We don't live in the area but pass it when come town so we decided to try it out. Great small place with a great salad bar.

Food is so good and come out quick, and staff is great! The soda machine is cool it has craft sodas in it :) The salad bar was super fresh too. It's nice and clean inside as well.

Staff shouldn't complain about a customer orders. Especially when the customer is clearly within earshot of them. Wow. Guess I should think twice about changing the ingredients especially when a family member is allergic to 2 of the them.

Visited on a fairly busy night. As we were finding a seat, a lady who came in right after me placed her order. I placed my order next for dine in and waited. About 20-25 minutes have passed, and no sign of my order. The staff in kitchen had piled up 3-4 togo orders on top of the oven, so I started to wonder what is going on with my order. What really made me question the order status was that the lady I mentioned had already left with her togo order about 15 minutes ago by this point. So I walked up to the counter and asked for status, and the staff was like ah.. I don't know, what is your order?, and starts looking around. He comes back shortly and he doesn't know what is going on and does not seem to care. I asked for my money back and left. No attempt of how can we make it right, so they don't understand customer service. Besides, what can they do to make it right anyways? Offer me some breadsticks?! I'd still be the one that wasted time.
