Haven't been here for karaoke but my husband and I have really enjoyed the food so far. The menu is extensive and everything we've ordered so far has had great flavor!During our recent visits, there's aunties and uncles eating there too, so you know it's legit.Service has been great as well. Servers we've encountered speak both Cantonese and English. Parking lot can be a little cramped.

This is an interesting place. When you walk in, on the right, is a small restaurant and on the left are karaoke rooms. The rooms were equipped with lights and all the "club" like features. We opted out of the discoball/strobe light effects.We came here to karaoke. We did not order any food while we were here, but they did offer the full menu from the restaurant it's connected to. There is are two prices set for karaoke. It is per hour/person and after a specific time, the price goes up per person.There is a bell in the room to ring for service. We've ranrang that bell probably 4 times during our 2.5 hour visit. Im from SoCal and from the San Gabriel Valley. I came up here to visit a friend and a business trip. The karaoke places at home had a separate system just specifically set up with a plethora of songs to choose from. At this location, it's based off of a tablet that uses YouTube to find songs. I would say a good 20 minutes of our time were used to find songs and add to the Playlist queues and waiting for help. Twice during our visit, our screen said that our Playlist is being connected elsewhere. Our playlist would disappear. Also, as we were trying to sing along, another member of the group would try to add more songs to the queue. Here is where it's bothersome. Each time he added a song while we were sisinging, the lyrics will go away in order for him to add songs. I ended up using my phone to find the lyrics of the song we were singing to! The person next to me read off of my phone as I was scrolling to find the part that we were about to sing. I have to admit, one of the cleaner restrooms of karaoke bars I've been to.we were only going to sing for 2 hours, but a good 20 minutes of that were the issues I just listed. We pressed the service bell again to complain about this and they gave us an additional 30 minutes for free.In the end, we all had a great time with each other, but I personally did not like the set up of queueing the Playlist.

Awful experience here. 18% gratuity charge is ridiculous considering there was a complete LACK of service. No one came to check on us. The systems were lagging, the audio was terrible, it kept giving us ads. The staff were useless as fixing such issues and gave no help to rectify the problems. When asked for the manager Ping, they lied and told us he wasn't there and lied about when he does come in because every time we call we hear he shows up at different times. Rachel was horrible to deal with. Charged my friend'a account over 200 dollars a total of 3 times and temporarily froze her account due to her mistakes! Don't come here. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Unique little spot with pretty traditional Chinese food menu items. They have karaoke and a hello kitty theme room. There is an awesome selection of boba and bubble tea drinks. We came on a weekday late night for appetizers and drinks and the restaurant was filled. Our table service was great and they offered menu items that would be good for each person. The roasted duck noodle soup was so flavorful. The pot stickers were huge and very tasty!

I've driven by this place many times but never considered it. I always thought it was kind of a gimmick key karaoke bar/Boba shop. I decide to give it a try one day and the food is better than your typical finger food at Boba shops. Did a simple takeout. I was pleasantly surprised by the food that came out of this place. The customer service was really good. Also, the girl was very pleasant. Ultimate test is would you go back again and I would.

Has become our families go to place for family dinners, lately. Even though I'm not a fan of Chinese food everyday, they have some great versions of some of my favs: A-Choy, Roast Duck, and Chow Fun Noodles.

Last minute dinner with the family and it was my first time there. I knew this has been here, but I always thought it's just for karaoke. Parking is a nightmare, it's narrow and it is only one way!! The restaurant itself is quite spacious and bright, but it's like any typical Chinese restaurant. The service was alright, nothing special. The food itself was your typical chinese food. The chow fun had a decent "wok-hey", the pan fried crispy noodles didn't look pleasing too me. The chicken and the sauce just didn't look appetizing to me, but it was for the kids. We also ordered the Mongolian beef, garlic beans, and egg flower soup. The Mongolian beef was a bit chewy and too salty to my taste and so was the garlic beans. Although the beans were my favorite out of everything. The soup was so-so. Overall decent dinner. Wouldn't be my first or second choice.

Always come here for late night food and it always hits! Staff are super nice and welcoming. The food is always good. We always get the seafood tofu soup, honey walnut shrimp, tofu&fish, & fries!

It was really hot inside for the first part of our visit but they turned on the air and it got better. We had a few technical issues at the beginning and in the middle but they were able to assist. They serve food and they were able to sent it directly to our room which we were a bit worried about. But success! Everyone got their food and service was very friendly. They were very nice and helped us with everything. Overall a nice experience, would visit again.

Star KTV is one of my go to spots when I'm craving Chinese food. It's open until 2am which is nice when I'm craving a late night meal. I usually come here with my friends and we go a little over board with ordering since we want to try everything. What we ordered:French fries Salt Pepper Chicken WingsHoney Walnut Shrimp Fillet Eggplant PotShrimp with Egg Chow FunSide of RiceEverything I listed here is delicious! My favorite item personally is the filet eggplant pot and chicken wings. I would order that if I went here alone. I walk in hungry and I leave being full. The employees were super nice and helpful if you need anything. They were constantly asking about filling our waters. The inside of the restaurant has a nice vibe to it and they have TVs playing music all around the room. Also, they serve boba / smoothie drinks here as wellI'll be back here again soon.
