Staq and Cream is one of the food trucks my wife and I deliberately go out to get. They have absolutely incredible burgers. I normally don't like cheese or sauce on burgers since people put way too much, but these guys out the perfect amount. Their pot stickers are delicious and they make incredible milkshakes as well. On top of delicious food, the owners are super friendly and always happy to help. The few times I've wanted modifications they have been happy to assist. If you see Staq and Cream at a place nearby, it is well worth stopping and getting a double.

Typically, I'm generally a big fan of food trucks, but I was unfortunately pretty disappointed with this smashburger-offering that was posted outside of Movement Brewery. I've found this to be common in the Sacramento food-truck scene - lots of hype and advertising, but unfortunately the food leaves much to be desired.Super friendly staff and efficient/fast service. They were great.Prices are very high, especially given what you're served. The crinkle cut fries felt like they were dropped in a deep fryer from a giant frozen bag - they weren't seasoned or anything special, and were an $8 add on for my sad looking burger.Portions are tiny. The burger itself was very sad - it had all of the regular things you're looking for in a smashburger, but overall, the flavors and seasoning weren't particularly impressive. Not super juicy and didn't pair well with anything from the bar.Overall, would recommend trying to find something else to eat, especially if you're in an area with other food trucks or there are other offerings at your local brewery.

Tried out this food truck when we went out to Burning Barrell for a beer. We shared the onion rings, potstickers (secret menu), cheesesteak sandwich and the pastrami dip sandwich. Let me tell you what, that pastrami dip was the best sandwich I've had in a long time- I think it was the pickles!! It was fresh and piping hot!! The onion rings were crunchy and Salty, the cheesesteak was oozing with cheese and I could've eaten another order of the potstickers! Wow, if this truck is where you are at., don't pass it up!!

I would look for this food truck again!! Their burger was delicious I wouldn't change anything about it... the philly cheesesteak was amazing and messy but so tasty... the loaded fries were bomb especially with their sauces (bbq (slightly spicy) and staq sauce)... and we all shared a yummy chocolate malt perfectly made... the owners were quite friendly making for a nice atmosphere with good service...

One of my favorite burgers in town! Anytime I see they are close, my wife and I make sure to visit! I usually get the double, which is smashed to perfection. Their cheese is amazing, which is also reflected in the cheesesteak. My wife is addicted to their Biscoff cookie butter shake and it's become a necessary addition to every order. They also added potstickers to the menu not long ago and it's a winner every time!

First time Saturday night at our community car show. We got the bbq burger, fries and Biscoff milk shake. Everything was good. The burger could have had more bbq sauce on it. Service was a little slow and they got backed up.

My son and I went on a walk to Veterans Park in Mather and my son was super excited to see the truck since he's 2 and obsessed with any truck he sees. The ladies noticed him and gave him free fries and even gave him a bottle of water. This totally made his day, and he ate almost all of the fries on our walk back home. I tried one and they were super crispy and delicious! I would absolutely eat here again and recommend them to anyone just based off that act of kindness! Thank you!

Staq and Cream is an interesting name for, well, anything really. But for a food truck? I didn't really know what to expect.Bike Dog Brewing had Staq and Cream out for the Sacramento Cyclocross Awards Ceremony, which was great. After a 23 mile ride, I was famished and too lazy to walk to Chando's Tacos with my friends.Staq and Cream seemed like the perfect option! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and a vanilla shake. It was hard to hear when orders were ready because the kid was whispering into the microphone. When I finally got my order, I was a little disappointed. There was more cheese than anything, but it had also kinda just liquid-ed everywhere. The word is not melt, because this cheese was not viscous at all. They also didn't cut the sandwich in half, which made eating with a fork real goblin mode-y for all my friends watching me devour this sandwich. It was good, but not $16 good. I was still hungry after.Vanilla milkshake was pretty standard for a vanilla milkshake. Can't go wrong there, but also wasn't anything absolutely spectacular to write home about. I wish I got a kombucha instead.3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Tried this food truck at a local school event. WOW, so glad I did. The burgers were fresh, and had just the right proportion of cheese, pickles and sauce. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We ordered a vanilla shake and it was really good-- and larger than expected :) Wish they had a brick and mortar. Going to use them for catering at my next event.
