Sourdough Bread

Sourdough Bread is a great place to go with friends or family or if you are just itching for quick bite to eat. The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you so you can make sure that it is everything you hope for when ordering your sandwich. The vibe of the place makes you feel like you are apart of the community and sharing good memories. The service is great with very friendly workers. Overall, Sourdough Bread is a great place to get some fresh sandwiches.

The food tastes fine, the service is much to be desired. I clicked the picture of the turkey sandwich and they made me a roast beef sandwich and refused to change it out. Just kept repeating my name and order like I didn't speak the language. Extremely frustrating. Now I have a sandwich no one will eat Maybe have some customer service training.

Place is MAJOR Ripoff. Over priced and underwhelming. Won't be back. I can make a better sammy at home!

Ordered online from here multiple times and the food was always prepared on time and to expectations. Their sandwiches are delicious and their soups are absolutely amazing especially their clam chowder and tomato bisque. The service is always friendly and quick.

Robin the manger was absolutely amazing!!! Very kind and attentive, food was amazing and fresh!!! Robin even offer for us to try the clam chowder and chili on the house, both were amazing!!! The other employees were very kind and attentive as well!! Highly recommend green valley rd location!!! The ambiance of the store was also very nice!! Thank you for your great service Lauren&Tyler

Food was very mediocre. Didn't have much flavor was very sloppy, and anything but fresh. The service was decent but all these stores seem to taste the same with same ingredients and poor assembly. It was extremely overpriced for why you get. I would rather go to Subway for half the price. Overall wouldn't recommend this sourdough.

Highly recommend Sourdough Bread Company. There's so many different sourdoughs in the area- so if you're confused which one to go to, go to this one!! The kids are all very hard workers and I was very pleased with Madelyn who was very friendly and helpful. Their sandwiches are always yummy and so are their soups.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in today 11/21/24 at 12:44 and ordered a 6" inch smoked brisket sandwich which is supposed to be served hot. We got it and the meat was ICE COLD. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold meat so I ordered a hot sandwich thinking I'd be safe. I get it mistakes happen but when I took it up to the counter to explain the lady told me there was no way it could be cold as it just came out. She took the sandwich from me as I asked her to make me a new one. The staff then proceeded to put the exact same sandwich in the oven vegetables and all. The manager then handed me my sandwich and told me if I wanted it hotter I should have asked for it extra hot. At that point the bread was burnt black, my vegetables were hot and the barbecue sauce had soaked up into the meat so it wasn't even on the sandwich anymore. It felt like I was eating a crouton. As someone who used to work at a Sourdough this is NOT how this situation should have been treated. I was very disappointed with the employees today and they should not treat any customers this way. I will not be returning.
