Ordered through Door Dash. I also want to preface this by saying I used to work at a sando shop and I know what it's like. But the lack of caring here is unacceptable. I just ate FOUR hard pepper stems. The first one was excusable but after the third.. I'm mad! The thing is the stems were not even connected to a pepper. The staff just flat out threw them in like it wouldn't be noticeable? They're VERY hard stems. I thought it was a chicken bone.. lol. Completely ruined my appetite. Makes you wonder what else they did to the food! I work hard for a delivery meal. I hate that I have to worry about immature staff messing with the quality.

Computer are on taking orders when the Eatery is closed. Check by Phone that the Eatery have employees working.

Grabbed lunch here a few months ago and was pretty disappointed by the quality of food. Walking in, it's a cute little place with modern decor and a quiet environment. I'd def recommend this spot as a nice sit down place to do work or eat if you have been to this spot and had a better experience than I had with the food. Maybe this was just a bad day for the restaurant, but when I received my food, the bread tasted a bit stale, customer service was not the friendliest, and the prices were too high for what the food was. I grabbed a Philly sandwich and a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n Cheese fr tasted like boxed Mac n Cheese like?? Do better pls stinks I shouldn't be paying $21 for one person and having to throw it away.

Do not order delivery from here, they are a scam. They constantly either do not include all items (like stating they don't include bread with Mac and cheese though DoorDash clearly has it listed) in deliveries or make them wrong. I've had whole items not included and no mention of any refunds, they just give it to you and don't say anything.Called them today because of the missing bread and the girl just argued with me stating it never comes with bread. Then hung up on me. I've ordered from here multiple times and have receipts to back it. Do better, it's not like the foods cheap and whether it's $5 or $10 it's still lost money and it adds up.

I needed a quick lunch and Sourdough did not disappoint! I ordered online and the process was a bit confusing, wish their website was more user friendly. But, my order was completed correctly and in a timely fashion. I had their large chicken Caesar salad and it was delicious! The romaine was still fresh and country, chicken pieces were great size and plentiful. My favorite part were the croutons, obvi. My only complaint is, there was too much parmesan. For $10.99, the salad is a great portion. I was so full after three-quarters of the way and the salad was very satisfying. I'll easily order again and I love that it's just down the street from my office!

The French dip was delicious. I've only really had one thing here, but based on my experience I'll eventually try everything. I gave it 4 stars because I prefer my au jus slightly saltier and I wish they had given me more so I could properly dip my sandwich. Other than that, it was a perfect proportion at a decent price.

The roast beef on 6/19 I got was delicious thanks girls! Your service was awesome and generous character will take you far.

Amazing food, pricey but delicious. Came from the courthouse with a low blood sugar. Saw this nearby and ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 flatbread with chkn. & artichoke. Shared it with a friend and both of us kept returning to the flavor of the food. It was quality food. Portions are not oversized but everything was exceptionally fresh. Worth a stop. Soup bowl/cup looks overpriced, but i give it solid 5 on food and 4 star on prices.

Charged me for avocado for three of my sandwiches and not one of them had avocado. I tried calling them multiple times and no answer and their message box was full. LUNCH RUINED

Beware of the low reviews. I ordered a veggie sandwich. They left out the avocado. If all you're getting on your sandwich is vegetables, the avocado becomes very important!
