Just tried for the first time today for lunch and it's very overpriced about $30* (edited since my hub corrected me on the price) for the "8in" sandwiches but they were very small sandwiches (not sure how they measured it since it was made from a basic sandwich bread slice). Would not recommend the specialty sandwiches... they didn't have chicken at all and the smoked brisket was very old.. we just gave it to our dog when we got home so it wouldn't go to waste.. The basic Italian sandwich was alright.. fresher than the brisket for sure.. but nothing special. Can get better sandwiches elsewhere for the price/quality. Probably better to support local vs chain shops anyways..2nd edit to response:Appreciate the good customer service but politely decline the compensation-- thank you though. *edit to 3/5*

Well, that was probably the worst Reuben sandwich I've ever had. And for nearly twice the price it should've been! It was listed as $7.79 on the online menu and I was charged $13.00! Hardly any meat, and WAY too much mayo. I won't be ordering that again. I'm so disappointed because I usually get a great sandwich there. Sad.

Very expensive for what you get. The tuna in the tuna sandwich tasted off. The BBQ chicken pizza was just ok. Service was pretty good, however the restaurant was very dirty. Many things were visibly dusty. The bathroom was gross. You'd think with the amount they charge they could spend more time cleaning.

Got the turkey pesto 12" for $16. It was ok. The bread was fresh but there was something missing that typically adds a lot of flavor. And, what about my pickle? Do we have to ask for them now? Lots of indoor seating and patio as well. The homeless make it hard for businesses to keep the outside area clean, lots of them in the area. I will try them again.

I had a ham sandwich with swiss on sourdough. You don't get a lot of ingredients, 2 triangles of Swiss, small amount of ham, little bit of lettuce. I had the 4 inch but my bread was probably 5 inches so that was nice. Service was quick, person working was nice.

If I could give it no stars I would!! I come in with my daughter today and order two sandwiches. Mine was an 8 inch veggie with Everything and I mean EVERYTHING on it. I get home to this.??? Absolutely unbelievable for two sandwiches it's almost $40 not to mention he had no ice in the soda machine. All of the flavors of soda were out and the bread was hard as a rock!!! not only do I plan to never be back, but I'll let all my friends know

Sweet employee but of course no manager on site. Sandwich Prices are different from the posted prices. French dip posted at 12.49 but charged $13.88. And no manager on site. Cannot really complain to the employees who have no power to change anything. And chips are $2.29 - seriously?? What a crazy mark up! Food is good. Nice employees. Where is the manager?? Sarcasm- I hope the manager has not been kidnapped by aliens!!
