One million percent recommend the pupusas! Amazing Small little unassuming storefront but you're greeted by very kind humans right when entering. Service and food were both top notch!

One can venture to guess the type of customers this place gets based on the sameness on their palate, their look, and their reviews. How this place has consistently managed to get such a high number of 5-star reviews is truly beyond me. The proof is in the sample. No need to explore the menu to tell where things lack: the inability to execute something as simple as tacos is very telling. Dry, bland, double tortilla holding scraps of boiled, overcooked meat that's masquerades as carne asada. Dry as hell. No flavor and no salsa on them to help out. Al carbon tacos? Just a joke someone tried to prepare. One star for cleanliness. Another for service. Explore at your own risk. May you find something tasty and satisfying.

I was so eager to return since the last visit was fantastic!!!! Today was mediocre at best. The chips were over fried and dark. My papusa was only cooked on one side and white and soggy on the other. My chicken taquitos was fine. My companion's Birria tacos were soggy and not nearly as delicious as last time. What happened Soriano? We decided we will give it one more try, to be honest today's lunch was disappointing. The waiter is always great, always accommodating and pleasant.

Stopped in after visiting a winery and searching on Yelp for some place new to try for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is small, but is clean and has comfortable seating. The food is Salvadoran and Mexican. We ordered the Malibu Shrimp appetizer, which is coconut-breaded shrimp served with mango sauce ($8.50). I also ordered the soft taco with asada ($3.75), and my husband ordered the Pupusas Revuletas, which is a pupusa (thick griddle cake) with peppers, onions, tomatoes. I thought the shrimp was a bit overcooked, the coating being a deep brown rather than a golden brown, and a bit too crunchy. The mango sauce was okay, but not a lot of flavor. The taco and pupusa were good. Overall, a fine reasonably-priced lunch.

We live in El Dorado Hills and decided to try Soriano's based on its great reviews. It didn't disappoint! The tortilla soup was fresh, flavorful and had lots of avocado and just enough kick. The chile relleno, which was hidden on the menu and generally hard to find served anywhere, was fabulous. Tacos quesobirria were loaded with shredded beef and cheese and the sauce was excellent. And the chile verde melted in your mouth. On top of the good food, the staff is very warm and attentive. This is clearly a family business that takes a lot of pride in their work. The atmosphere is, well... a taqueria. But for a fun tasty family dinner it was a perfect spot for us. We'll be back soon.
