Sonoma Park

Nice park. Plenty of green space separated by small hills. Has an area with two soccer goals sans nets. Two play structures, one for 5 and under. Plenty of benches and one gazebo for parties. The only drawback is there are no swings for older kids. The playground only has two infant swings. Good spot for a quick round of tag.

Sonoma Park is a 4 acre plus park located in the Stone Creek community of Ranch Cordova. It is part of the Cordova Recreation and Park District.I loved everything about the park ! First the park has a paved walkway, which extends throughout the park. Secondly the park has two play area for children to play. One for the younger children as well as one for the older children. Both play areas have slides, swings and climbing structures. The park has a shaded picnic area and multiple picnic locations scattered through the park. It also has an multi-use open space area large enough for multiple soccer games.I was impressed on the overall appearance and cleanliness of the park ! The grass was mowed, the shrubs neatly manicured, and all the equipment in great shape and in working order. I was quite surprised to find no reviews on Yelp ! Did I let the cat out of the bag?
