This place is so dirty and they were recently shut down for health inspection violations by Sacramento county. Both dead and alive roaches, flys, other vermin on the floor,walls, near and on raw meats other food. They did however reopen after a reinspection and received a pass. But it's still so gross and smelly. Go at your own risk.

You would think they would improve their business with all these bad reviews?! I became a victim as well I bought a product that was expired beginning of this year! Shame on them because people work hard for their money and yet they sellExpired products to customers who have to end up throwing away the items! Such a waste of money! And their customer service is so bad,They really don't care for their customers. Not going to shop at this shop anymore!

Great service. Really good quality meat. Specialize in Indian and Fujian products. Pricing is fair for the great products you get. Everything is easy to find here. Deity statues available. Large pots and pans available for Indian weddings.

Usually when we go to Soni's Supermarket they provide us with great customer service and can find all Fiji priducts at a reasonable prices. But we bought Fiji Hot Bread from Soni's Supermarket yesterday (2/28/2025) and today (3/1/2025) went to eat some, already have molds, tried checking for expiration date, there's no expiration on product packaging. Extremely discontent with the product! Please check products prior to selling. And not sure how can products especially food be sold without expiration date.

I wanted to share my great experience with my favorite Indian store in Sacramento, which caters perfectly to all our Fiji Indian needs. The owner, Ashneel, and his entire crew are amazing, consistently going above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this Indian supermarket for any of your Indian grocery needs! They have the best quality New Zealand lamb, Rooster, Fiji Nakai, Lamb shank lamb neck, Fiji Fun flavors and sausages and many more that you really must try. I encourage you to come and check out this incredible store!

Best Indian grocery store in Sacramento. Reasonable price. Fresh meat and vegetables all the time. Awesome customer service. Owner and his wife are very friendly . Positive vibe as you enter the store. Last week I went to the store and it felt like it's Diwali already. Store has all of the Diwali Pooja items. I strongly recommend shopping for Diwali at Sonis supermarket and always.
