Solid Ground Brewing

Been here many times, and it's always great. Good beer selection and amazing food. Their fried chicken sandwich is something truly special. The food is so good that my partner who doesn't drink loves eating here. We love the casual dining style and outdoor areas. Can't say enough good things about Solid Ground

Solid Ground offers more than just beer, and during each of my visits, I've opted for ciders. I've had pours of the Lima Sierra Braeburn and Piña Colada. The ciders were crisp and carried nice depth of flavor. My partner ordered the Kabru, but left with two four-packs of Trango.Staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is casual, laid back, and inviting. Staff fill your glass to the brim, and I've always left satisfied. Next time, I'm looking forward to trying SG's beer on tap, but for now, I'll continue to rave about their ciders.

It's super awesome that Diamond Springs has Solid Ground Brewery. My family enjoys meeting up here. It's family friendly even though it's a brewery. Besides their beers, they have pretty tasty food menu options. Plus they occasionally host live music.They offer tasting flights of beer, cider, and wine. 5 choices for $15 for beer and cider, and $21 for the wine. The hamburger is pretty darn tasty. Hefty, juicy patty. Family members raved about the shrimp sando. The shrimp is dressed in a butter mayo, seasoned with Old Bay and served on a toasted New England roll. But when we ordered it last week, all three sandwiches had the shrimp undressed and just seasoned with Old Bay. Ohh I was feeling skinny and wanted that butter mayo (butternaise). It was still tasty though. To add, the shrimp are a good size, not tiny.

First time there and will be back.. burgers and chicken sandwich were good, as were their beers .. can be loud as the place is small, but plenty of outdoor seating is available...

I've been wanting to check this place out since I drive by regularly. I finally stopped by with my wife. We weren't sure if we sat ourselves and after waiting a few minutes we decided to just sit at a table. Surely someone seen us. At least two waitresses made eye contact as well as a guy who walked by our table picking up coasters. They were busy but at least acknowledge our presence. Bring us a water. I would've been content with a beer or two before even ordering some food. We ended up leaving.

7/28/2023: So, I had to stop by Solid Grounds Brewery in Diamond Springs CA in order, filling my beer growler because DRAKE'S: THE BARN doesn't refill their own growlers! This visit, I purchased refilling my growler with Coconino--again . . . BTW: The beer's flavor is smooth, utterly delicious, lathered with chocolatey undertones, and more importantly, there's no bitter, back bite, i.e., absolutely lovely!

A nice little local brew house with some great selection of beers. You walk in and place your order at the counter, there are indoor seating options and an outdoor patio that allows dogs. They serve some nice hazy IPA's and a great burger and fries. The waitress is friendly and nice and they offer table service. Great local spot

I always enjoy the beer and burgers here. Service is friendly. Their Rampart lager is excellent, and might be my favorite hamburger in the area! It also feels good to help balance out the silly one star reviews over french fries. It's a great little brewery with awesome burgers, and if the fries aren't that good then take one star away! Folks are catching on that Yelp ratings have to be taken with a grain of salt these days with all the wet blankets that thinks they're on a mission to be food critics.

Great spot, nice outdoor space. Tasty food and large portions. Tasty beer. Friendly staff. Dog friendly on patio.

This may be a brewery, but don't underestimate their food. The spicy buttermilk friend chicken sando is one of the best things we have ever tried. Absolutely amazing. Their alcohol is to die for, however I think everyone knows that by now. Great live music!
