Social Nightclub

I went here a couple times and I get the same feeling about going to Sh**ty Nights. Or City Nights in the Bay Area. Iykyk. Its like the club you go to because you're young and don't know any better?I mean when you get drunk, the club gets bumpin'. The prices seemed much but I guess that's what you get for clubbing?Idk about any of that VIP treatment stuff but for a club, it was iiitteee.There's like some outdoor patio open air spot that's pretty dope. And then you make your way to the interior and the bar is right there. Off to the side is the dance floor area where you can git jiggy wit it. When you're tired and a song you don't vibe with, you go back to the bar to grab a drink, then go outside to drink what you think is hydrating you. and then when that one song pops on, you put your drink down to never see it again and go back to giggin' out. Alas, the cycle continues until people start dippin'. lmao geez now that sounds delightful when I put it like that. I think I'm still maintaining the rating only because the prices are pretty steep.

Social Nightclub at 1000 K St left much to be desired. The space is so small that if you're standing in the middle, you'll hear both DJs playing at the same time--an unpleasant experience. The music was also a huge letdown. It was advertised as a Drake and Bad Bunny night, but I barely heard any tracks from either artist.The bar service is incredibly slow, and when you finally get your drink, it's not worth the wait. I tried an AMF and a Midori Sour, both of which tasted like watered-down alcohol. At $21 for a double shot, it's definitely overpriced.One side of the club was practically dead, adding to the overall disappointing vibe. To make matters worse, both times I visited, my friends "won" free entry and a booth, but the club never honored the offer. Every time we arrived, they claimed there were no booths available and barely let us in for free. It always turns into an argument, and it makes no sense to promote a deal they don't actually provide.Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back. The music, drinks, and customer service were all disappointing. Save your time and money!

DO NOT GO HERE. Fights constantly and no security. Not only do they promote free VIP Tables that ARENT free! (Will ask for your cc info deposit prior) also will block you on insta if you have a problem with anything. Even saying " do you have security" they block you. SUPER SUS. Seemed cool at first but don't be fooled. They will try to get the most out of you while giving you a bad experience. Look at their reviews that they haven't paid to get off the internet. Shady ass place.

Paid $380 for a booth. Was stuck in a corner where only 4 small females could sit comfortably. The bottle service never came back after bringing the first bottle, so we had to wait in long lines at the bar for more drinks. Random men kept coming into our area. What's the point of the booth??! Never again.

We won a free VIP table, but just had to pay $50 for tip. Not bad for having a table. We were right up front next to the dj, which I thought was cool-- until random people started to go on top of the speaker that was essentially in our booth. We tried to tell security, but supposedly it was allowed. This was not it. Imagine random messy drunk people dancing and damn near trampling on top of you and your group that's in the booth. Terrible. Music wasn't bad, but that place was hot as hell. Was told to follow a dress code, but ended up seeing so many people inside that didn't follow the dress code.Also, want to add on that they barely checked out bags and barely patted the guys down. This was a major red flag for me, as my concern for safety was high. Don't think we'll be coming back.Overall, do better if you're trying to get people to come back. Because I am not one to start anything, but the fact that people essentially were allowed to be in our space and messy was not it.

My first time experiencing this club was cool and good vibes . There's a lot of negative reviews but maybe it was just the luck or vibe , everything was smooth fromGoing it to partying to bring in my section and leaving the club . I had good vibes all night and they played good music . Service was good as well, I'd come back .

Won a free VIP booth when I came here. We had a booth in the back so it wasn't packed around us. The cups had a bad smell and made our shots and chasers taste like garbage - literally it smelled and tasted like they left these cups to marinate in a compost bin. I couldn't finish my shots until I just got a plastic cup by the water dispenser. My friend even had a cup that was so dirty she could wipe it with a napkin and grime came off of it. Bartender was super super slow and my drink didn't taste good at all- I just got a green tea shot and it did not taste like it at all, but I've gotten this a million times at other places since it's so hard to mess up. Music was good, DJ could've been a little better but not too much to complain about there. Bathrooms were clean for a club. Staff were not super friendly nor rude but cant expect too much when it's a busy Saturday night. I wouldn't come back here again even if someone paid me to. The nasty cups were enough for me.

The location is great. It's on K street by a bus stop, light rail stop, tons of street parking, and even some parking garages nearby. The night club is nice. There are 2 dance floors and one was way more poppin than the other (EDM side was empty but the inside Hip/Hop and Rap side was crazy lit). There's an inside area and then a covered patio area area that was open views of Downtown from the third floor.The outside booths are just wooden benches but the inside booths were plush and nice.The entrance fee is a little steep at $15. There is also a dress code, it's more casual than others I've seen. The audience turn out was nice. It was pretty packed, even for COVID. Bottom Line/TLDR: pricey entrance fee but nice club vibe

I got banned from this club because a couple of girls I came in with ended up fighting later on in the night but a friend of mine was pretty drunk so her and I left early way before the fight broke out however I'm still banned and when I tried to talk to a manager about it he eventually just stopped responding to my messages

Bad music, expensive copay, and bad drinks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to other nightclubs because this one isn't worth it.
