A good selection of decor, dishes, and whatnot. Bought a small purse ($6) and sippy cup (.79). There were lots of clothes and shoes but I didn't look at them. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking.

Thrift store with a lot of potential, however have been coming here for years and have found very little worth commenting on! Always a smell in the building, like old perfume. Messes with my nose sometimes.Other than that, pretty average thrift store. Goodwill has a better selection if you're looking for good finds. Employees here are always kind and helpful. For local reviews or travel content you can find us on most socials @sunsetourist

This was my first time shopping at Snowline. I was looking for thrift stores and it popped up so I decided to check it out. Parking was easy and there were only a few people inside. Seemed to be no working air conditioning and was pretty warm inside. However, the employees were very nice and friendly. Everything seemed to be separately by style and size. After looking around, I found a couple t-shirts. They overcharged me for one but wasn't worth going back inside. Nothing too exciting. Maybe I went on a bad day.

Have not been shopping here for months. Wow! The staff and volunteers have really stepped up their game! All the offerings are neatly sorted and arranged for easy shopping.I am so impressed that they did this.Prices are still moderate for a thrift shop. Lots of good quality items to choose from.Love the reset, guys! Kudus to you all.PS The restroom is super clean, too.

Very small. Only worth the stop if you are nearby. Prices are fair. Store is very clean. No dust. Awesome teens run the business.

Easy in and out. They are there to unload. Provides receipt. The space can get busy depending on the time of day.

whoever the lady is that usually answers the phone is extremely rude! I went during donation hours and the gate was closed. I called up to inquire about the following day hoping I could donate some items and she rudely replied " why don't we just worry about today and you can come back tomorrow". I wanted to snap back, but did not. Went back the next day and it was closed. I found out they were out of space for donations. That is completely fine and all the rude clerk had to say when I called the day prior. i will donate elsewhere. The Cameron park location is a gold mine and the employees are professional and friendly. check out Cameron Park location. you will not be disappointed!

Employee Debbie was rude. We are younger and we bought a lot of ítems spending over $300.00. It was sale day and she only catered to the older regulars. Huffing and puffing entire time then got upset when she was asked to bag the 24 items. Two things- -when It's 105 outside, run your air -at 20 per hour you can hire good staff or maybe not

This used to be a five-star place for me. If it wasn't for this place I would have never got my life together. Everything in my house is mostly from the thrift store. This place was a treasure. But now, I go in and I can only afford to buy a book or two. I look around and I think wow I could buy something brand new for the price that they have listed it for. That's too bad! It's not what it used to be. But I can still find things I can afford out back where they have the furniture for $5, but of course now I think it went up. I'm pretty sure from what I heard, they collect the good stuff put it aside and sell it online. I know for a fact they do that with Goodwill. An employee told me that. But to stash the good stuff and sell it online.. all I can say is what a shame

ZERO STARS!! Customer service skills seriously lacking. If you don't like your job, get out. Because of you I decided to go donate to Goodwill despite the bad reviews about them. Called twice asking the hours of donations. She simply told me the hours and coldly said they close at 95 degrees. What does that mean? When your building reaches 95 degrees? Or when the weather reaches 95 degrees?I then called Goodwill, where I was greeted by a cheerful and courteous voice. That sealed it. My donations are going there. Manager, you need to teach your staff Good Customer Service skills. For sure, the lack of customer service made me go somewhere else.
