Smokin' Barrel Winery

This is a great little winery with friendly owners who remembered us and our dog.The wines are served out of a small trailer and there are multiple tables both covered and uncovered area. There is plenty of parking. They offer a good selection of wines and you can bring food to have with your wine. The restrooms are up by the house so you have to go up the hill to get to them. We also got to see a group of chickens who were friendly.Check it out for a relaxing afternoon.

This place is a gem! Loved the wine, the people and the facilities. We had a large group event and we contacted Smokin Barrel about three weeks prior and they were the most helpful and accommodating business we have ever dealt with. They asked what type of food we would like so they could hire a local business and we decided on wood fire pizza by "A Pizza My Life" which was also amazing. Do yourself a favor and give Smokin Barrel a shot and you will not regret it.

Absolutely loved this winery and will absolutely be returning! We enjoyed a tasting over the weekend, which lead to sharing a bottle of their delicious Barbera wine - which I highly recommend! The staff welcomed us with open arms, and we had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Julie. The warm staff and beautiful ambiance had us staying until closing! There was also a food truck on site, which also stayed until the end. Please pay this spot a visit if you're in the area!

Great wine, I had their cab. Nice people working here with a down to earth vibe. Great artisan pizza by "A Pizza My Life" and wonderful atmosphere!

Overall: underwhelming, bland service, but inexpensive. Unfortunately, the place FEELS cheap. I'm no fancy wine connoisseur, but I've been to my share of wine tastings in the Napa, Jackson, and placer areas, as well as wine tasted at amazing vineyards in Argentina and Chile. This is the first winery I've been to that the server had zero information to provide us on the wines. She just said the name, poured a TINY sample, and walked away. Such an awkward experience. There are so many wineries in the area, this one fell short. The plus: it's a beautiful property, and the drive there is also very pretty.

Heard it through the grape vine, lol, this winery was the hot, new and must stop. No disappointment there! I have never been to a winery where I enjoyed every varietal served. This is a family owned winery. You can tell they have put their heart and soul into this winery by the wonderful service and friendly atmosphere. I was so impressed I joined the wine club. Did I mention the wine slushy's, yum so good. I highly recommend stopping in!!!

Definitely a great place with great wine. Enjoyed the relaxing environment sampling their delicious wines. Ended up taking a few bottles of Barbera home :)

If you are looking for great service, great prices and relaxing atmosphere look no further. The staff is friendly and extremely nice! The kids have an area to run and play outdoors without disturbing any other guest. You are able to bring your own food and they provide a nice space and tables to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. When you purchase some bottles of wine they waive the tasting charge. First place I even saw that provides wine slushes. The wine was really good they had a couple to choose from. We will definitely be back!

I love our community! Please support local business who support the community!!!Stopped by yesterday after being drawn in by the homey feel you can see right from the road. What a wonderful place! A total hidden gem and I can't wait to go back with my family! Julie was warm and welcoming. When I asked if she'd donate a tasting for a charity basket I'm putting together to support my daughter's local soccer club, Julie was immediately excited to help. Smokin Barrel is a beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. Follow them on social media to check out events/ entertainment/food trucks etc and be sure to plan an afternoon there this spring/summer!
