Smashburger

I love their "Smashfries", so crispy and delicious. They also had an in-store BOGO burger sale over the holidays so we tried 4 flavors over 2 days. 2 burgers for $10 was a good deal & I would love to try others. I would say though of all the burgers I had, they were Ok. I love veggies in my burgers. So of the mushroom truffle and the jalapeno smash I had, I felt this aspect was sorely lacking. The jalapeno burger was actually hot though. You can definitely taste truffle in the truffle burger. It's not much to write home about compared to other burger joints I love. Just have more veggies, is that an option???The staff were nice though it has that understaffed vibe. So service won't be the fastest but it was never like 30 mins slow the both times I visited. There's plenty of room to sit in & eat & I saw some interesting drink options.

Fkn 35 minutes just for one burger and almost $13 just a chicken burger wtf Worst place ever18.34 a meal

9/20/2024: Mohammed Elias, Smashburger Employee Extrodinaire expediently ordered the sweet potato waffle fries for me, i.e., I had the hankering for sweet potato waffle fries . . . That's all I inhaled.BTW: The sweet potato waffle fries I inhaled were awesomely delicious, indeed!

Came with family of 4 for dinner. All in all food was okay, burger was not seasoned very well. No combos so you have to purchase items separately. Portions were decent sized. Customer service was great, very friendly employees. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back

We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of food here, the Camarones Rancheros and enchiladas especially. The cocktails, Mangonada and Margarita were also excellent. Javier was an exceptional waiter, explained everything very well. We were heading to the airport on our way to Mexico, and he gave us his perspective on Puerto Vallarta!

Food was great! Portion was perfect! Employees were great and nice. Restaurant was clean ish, some dirty tables.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst food and service ever received in a fast food chain. Saturday night with only three staff. After walking in and standing at the counter for several minutes, all three employees looked directly at us multiple times and never said be right with you or acknowledged our existence. Absolutely no urgency when moving around in the back to prepare current orders. when I asked to speak to the manager, Brandy, the shift leader walked up and advised me that she had been working 12 hours and shared that they are currently understaffed and have undertrained employees. After getting my food, my burger was burnt and oversalted with grease running down my hand. My fries were cold and hard.By far the worst burger I've ever had anywhere, not here but anywhere. I will never go back.

Hands down best truffle burger & customer service in Sacramento! The lady that served us was the sweetest!! She served us with kindness and care, making us feel welcome to keep coming back. Today was my second smashburger of the week She remembered our little family and treated my little boy with fries, which were really delicious and crunchy as well. Definitely returning back and recommending to others for both great tasting burgers and awesome customer service! Thank you

They used to be SO GOOD, but I'm not sure this location went through a management charge or something? Twice now I've ordered them on mobile, they messed up my order despite printed instructions, the second time I called and the person I spoke to put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. Food was oily to the point where the bag ripped, burger was cold, and the shake had about 5 good sips before it became a mix of ice and whipped cream. Not a great experience at all and not the first time they've messed up something as simple as "do not put cheese on this". Pay attention!

Alisha made our experience so wonderful. The food was amazing. Will definitely be returning!
