I stopped in to order take-out for lunch after some meetings in Elk Grove. I easily found parking in the large lot in the shopping plaza and made my way inside.I walked up to the front and was greeted immediately. The menu has many pho options and then some drink options. I opted for the #13 Saigon Pho ($16.50) and I opted to get the fresh noodles (+$1.50) and waited while it was prepared. It didn't take long before I was being handed a well packed bag of food and I made my way home to enjoy it.Everything was packed really well. The container of broth was full, where I've had many to-go order experiences from other places that don't fill the broth all the way. The bean sprouts, thai basil and limes were packed together in a bag, the noodles, pickled jalepenos and meat were also packed together nicely. On top of this they included hoisin, red pepper oil, and sriracha. The portion was very generous and I put everything in a large metal mixing bowl after I reheated the broth. The broth itself was a bit salty for my taste, but with the inclusion of hoisin and sambal (from home) I was able to make it perfect for my tastes. I like mine a bit sweet and spicy.Typically pho is better at the restaurant, and their restaurant has plenty of space. I loved the mural on the wall and when I was there I saw a large table where a group had just finished eating. So, it's great for groups or for a quick meal on your own or with a friend. I would definitely consider stopping by again soon.

Clean space. It is my first time here so I'm unsure what to expect. I ordered Togo. I'm irked because I added on Chinese doughnuts to my order. Two in total and received an odd number of pieces in one bag (5 third size pieces). For the price of $3/three pieces is still expensive if I give them the benefit of the doubt of missing one piece so if it's $3/two pieces...Ambiance was good and the service was quick. They were able to pack my orders right away. Portions were awesome. Broth was fragrant and decent. Bo vien on point. Thit chin was not fresh and can be sliced thinner, tastes gamey. Thit tai was decent. Ordered three portions. Fed two adults two kids and had a small serving leftover.

I came here after hearing good things, and overall, it lived up to the hype! I ordered the premium pho with short rib, oxtail and tendons. The broth was flavorful and well-balanced--not too salty, not too bland. The meat quality could was just okay as it was a little chewy to my liking. The service was friendly, though a bit busy on a Saturday lunch. The ambiance is casual and clean, but nothing fancy. Prices are okay for the quality, though I've had slightly better pho elsewhere.Would I come back? Definitely! It's a solid spot if you're craving a warm, comforting bowl of pho. I think I'll want to try their regular bowl of pho without the premium meats next time.

This is my new favorite spot to get pho. It's located near Journey to the dumpling and next to dip and dots ice cream.Order at the counter like a Chipotle restaurant as soon as you enter and then they would assign a table number for you to sit at after ordering. My favorite is the #17 with tendon. Drinks are self serve. Food comes out pretty fast. The broth is so good and I love how they serve fresh noodles. I can never finish the entire bowl myself, so I always have leftovers each and every time I go. We also love the pickled onions that they serve on the side and also ngo (type of herb). Very chill and efficient. Highly recommend.

First time trying out Hanoi pho. It was delicious. Flavorful. I like the beef's texture. It came out fast. I didn't add anything but mint. Maybe next time I'll try it with chili oil

Every since I discovered sit lo last year it has become my go to pho spot. Their broth is my absolute favorite pho soup in the Sacramento area. I they have the option to choose fresh noodles but I always love the thin noodles. The meat is tender and the portions are generous. The service is speedy and prompt. The way the resturant is set up is that you enter and order your food and then the cashier will designate your table. They have a self service ice water, iced tea, and hot tea section which is awesome!

Why is this pho so good??? The flavor is flavoring!!! Delicious affff with the fried donut as well, which was a new experience for me. I also love pickled onions, so I'm always happy when it's available. I was a tad bit thirty after, but it was worth it. I do appreciate their self serve tea!

Decent pho for Sacramento. I've had my fair share of OC and San Jose pho and this place ain't half bad. Broth was beefy and had a good amount of tendon, tripe, and flank. However, the fresh, thicker noodles cost extra here, which I'm surprised by. They should just give that for free like other pho restaurants as an option..The way you order first at the counter then receive your bowl is unique. They get the bowls out really fast so there isn't much of a wait. Overall, it hits the pho craving, will always opt for the thicker noodle as it suits the broth best IMO!

I've gone from falling in love with their pho to falling out of love with it. They were my absolute favorite pho spot when they first opened. I thought they were a bit expensive when they first opened up compared to other local pho spots but this was my go-to location. After awhile, I believe management or ownership changed and their pho was no longer the same anymore. I stopped coming and hadn't been here in quite some time. I decided to go back on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. Their broth is absolutely delicious again. Their prices did go up quite a lot since the last time I was in but their portions have gotten more generous imo. Plenty of noodles and meat. I loved their premium pho with tendon, beef rib and oxtail. Their pickled onions are also delicious with some hoisin and sriracha. I'm a bit disappointed that their pickled peppers aren't the same anymore. It's still good but not as amazing as they used to be. This spot was so good that I went twice this week. It's going to be even better as the weather cools down.

Fast service, yummy broth, lots of variety. The tendon is always fresh and order is always accurate - no cilantro.
