Silvas All Natural Beef

Silva's all natural beef has been absolutely stellar in every fashion. From being a welcoming local family, to being generous with their offers and advice, this family has been fantastic and their product is great. We picked up a quarter cow and after being previously disappointed with pure grass fed, they set us right with grain finished beef. It's fantastic and worth the price. If you're in the Sacramento region, then make this your premier spot to pick up excellent cuts of meat. The portions are more than generous.

We purchased a 1/4 cow back in November 2023 from the Silvas. It has fed my family of 5 so many meals. We have been so happy with every cut of beef we have used. We love not having to buy beef from the grocery store. It's now July 2024 and we have chosen to smoke this monster chuck roast! It is so delicious! I expect to get 1-1.3 years out of this 1/4 we bought and there is absolutely no question we will be contacting the Silvas again for another order before we run out!

I've wanted to purchase a quarter of a cow for a while, but I didn't know where to start. I found Silva's All Natural Beef via yelp and decided to send in an interest order form. I spoke with Tracy Silva, who walked me through the process regarding the types of cuts, weight, and several other questions I had. Tracy's customer service is excellent, making the entire process go smoothly. I ended up buying the quarter cow and drove out to the Ranch to pick everything up. The order was prepackaged and boxed in air-sealed bags. The drive for me was about an hour, and I didn't have any issues getting the meat back to my house. It's been a few days now, and I've been able to taste the tri-tip cut, a rib steak, and made some hamburgers with the ground beef. Overall, the meat quality is leagues above what I've been buying at Costco and other stores. The price point is excellent for the bulk amount, and I don't see myself buying beef from a regular store again. I would highly recommend buying from the Silva Ranch. From start to finish, the customer service and quality of their meat are fantastic. I've attached photos of my order below if you are curious about what a quarter of a cow looks like. Only added one picture of the ground beef but had about 50 pounds total.

It truly has been the best tasting beef. The steak was juicy and had the perfect balance of meat and marbling. Delicious!!

First of all, it must be noted that the customer service is top-tier for sure. I contacted Tracy Silva, and she spent a lot of time with me explaining the options for purchasing the beef. When I picked it up, Tracy also brought a gift of beautifully wrapped beef sticks- I have yet to try them as I am saving them for a special family member's visit next week! They look delicious and cannot wait to open! This is absolutely the best beef we have ever eaten. The very first night we purchased the meat, my husband grilled hamburgers. The 1 pound package made four good size burgers. I came in and noted that someone must be "cooking up some good steaks", not realizing it was the hamburger on the grill! Of course the very next night we had to have a ribeye, and quite frankly, it was the best steak I've ever had. We also split it and had enough to throw into a steak salad the next day! Good size and just so tasty! I also made beef soup using the soup bone which had a lot of meat on it :-) we are looking forward to the great recipes that Tracy has shared with us... Especially for the one for short ribs. I love everything about this place- reasonably priced, delicious products, and the donations the company makes! (check out their website) s

We bought a 1/4 cow and are extremely happy with the quality and service! Traci was super accommodating in meeting up with us to save us the drive to get our meat. We really appreciated the butcher they use as well. He allowed us to customize our order and was extremely helpful as this is all new to us. He also said that Silva beef is consistently top quality and if he was going to buy a cow, he'd buy it from them! So far we've cooked ribeye steaks, chuck roast and made bone broth with the knuckle bones and all have been fantastic!

I got a 1/4 steer about a month ago. The tase and quality has blown me away. WAY BETTER than anything I have picked up at the grocery store. The price was fair and after a month we still have plenty in the freezer.

This is the best beef I've ever had! My family loves beef and we eat it a lot, so we're picky about the quality. After a quick google search we came across Silva's All Natural Beef and after reading all of the great reviews, decided to give it a try. The customer service was exceptional! When we picked up our order we were treated like part of the family. We couldn't wait to try the beef and we were blown away at how good it is! You can't find this quality at a grocery store (and we've looked!). We'll definitely be going back for more!

Purchased half a cow and we are thrilled. Cut to order, by a very helpful and knowledgeable butcher, exceptional flavor and great price. Can't wait to smoke the prime rib for Christmas. We will definitely purchase again.

We ordered 1/4 of a cow a few months ago and all the meat has been delicious. Steaks have been amazing and the ground beef has very little fat. We are very pleased with our purchase!
