Sierra View Country Club

The Mira Loma High School Class of 1974 held its 50th reunion at the Sierra View Country Club last Saturday, and we're extremely pleased with how everything came off. I was on the planning committee, and was happy we choose this venue. During set up, their staff was there to assist us with tables, table clothes, big displays, podiums, colored napkins to match our school colors and much more, all with good cheer and willingness. Their suggestions were very welcomed.The dinner was not just good, it was excellent. We offered attendees a choice of 5 different entrees, and each table was served all at the same time, and first table to last was under 5 minutes. Considering we were a big group (there were 107 of us) they serviced us well. They let us use their bar as a 'no host' bar, and the drinks were good and fairly priced. The food quality really was excellent. It was every bit as good as going to a fine restaurant and ordering off the menu. No one complained about anything, from the filet mignon to the squash ravioli. All of us were quite pleased. They even accommodated a few gluten-free meals and the like. The setting is also quite beautiful. They let us use their big patio right off the dining room for a memorial table and to hang out, and everybody commented on how nice the golf course looked.If you are in need of a nice venue, I would suggest you give them a buzz. Their Events Manager, Joel Chavez took good care of us.

We were still visiting Grandchildren (4 more of our 13) in the California area near Sacramento and we saw this golf course had a great deal very reasonable rates for California. We live in Alabama and it's a lot cheaper to play there! anyway The Golf Course is beautiful set up in the hills or mountains has great views, a bit off the beaten track. It took me a while to get there but well worth it.

First off, what a beautiful venue. The course looks phenomenal and the clubhouse was well decorated and put together perfectly for our wedding. Tom and Joel were a tremendous help in planning and coordinating. They had plenty of recommendations and went above and beyond for any requests we had. The food was great and the staff was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a smoother night, would definitely recommend for any event.

This review is only for the banquet room and food. We went here for my companies Christmas party. It was a spacious room and that is needed for events like ours. The tables were set up in a square so we could all face each other which was kinda weird but ok. The food was buffet and ok. There was steak and salmon, potatoes and rice, fresh veggies. I just kept thinking my company probably paid a lot for this meal when it was just ok. I mean I've had better at Outback but if it's a party of 40 people you gotta go to places like this. I'm giving 4 stars because the servers, one younger woman in particular, was awesome and kept my wine glass full. Definitely needed the wine! But to some up everything else...just ok.

Love the tennis courts. It is well maintained and the lights are nice and bright at night. There's an ice machine and water nearby so that's a huge plus for the summer heat. The tennis camp for kids is also an amazing program.

We just had our daughters wedding reception here and could not have been happier with the venue. I have to give a shout out to Joel and Tom for helping with the planning and decorating. I loved how they listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions when needed. Upon walking into the venue I was blown away with Tom's detail for decorating, from the cake table to the sweetheart table and beyond. They provided the linens and even had several types of centerpieces we could choose from, free of charge. We had a buffet lunch and all the guests complimented how tasty the food was. They let us use the patio tables outside and we were able to walk the golf course to take some incredible pictures. I was fortunate to have found this place by chance and I am so thrilled we were able to hold the reception here. If you are planning a wedding or party or special event I highly recommend this place. They will work within your budget and you will be amazed at how affordable this place is. The Sierra View Country Club is nestled in a quaint neighborhood in Roseville and you do not have to be a member to hold an event here! Joel and his staff hosted our Mira Loma Class of '74 50th Reunion last Saturday, and I couldn't be more pleased! From set-up at 10AM until take-down at 10PM, the staff was extremely helpful, always offering to assist any way they could. The food way excellent, and the service during our sit-down plated dinner was polite, expedient, and transparent thru our evening program. We had our wedding here in March 2024. We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Joel was very accommodating and flexible, his response to emails was a little slow for me but I may be a little impatient. He always answered my questions and gave suggestions as well. He was even able to adjust to some last minute changes. He makes you feel very comfortable and is easy going which is nice during stressful planning. They are not super strict like many other venues. The food was also amazing. We did a buffet style and they had servers coming around yo clean up dinner plates when people were done. They also did the clean up and we came back the next day to get our personal items we brought to decorate with. Overall, the price, service and food is truly unbeatable. So happy we found this hidden gem for our special day!

I had a great experience with Sierra View. We had booked them for our planned 2020 wedding back in late 2018. Through the pandemic, they were very accommodating and sympathetic and let us change our date. We stuck with them for a long time and finally got to have our special day in June 2022. Joel helped so much with the planning and prepping and Tom was amazing on the day-of. Everything came together perfectly and even though we couldn't get the arch I wanted, they made it look beautiful. The food was great, the day carried on smoothly and I was so pleased with everything.

We aren't members yet, but are planning our wedding for later in the year. Every time we meet a vendor there the staff treat us so well, and they don't know us. Tom and Joel are just the best, and seem to know everyone by name. It's the kind of place where you want to spend time.
