For our 20th wedding anniversary, my husband wanted to treat me to getting my engagement/wedding ring redesigned, using the original diamond from my old ring.I made an appointment with Kristy (the jewelry designer). She gave me her undivided time and attention during the appointment. She listened carefully to what I wanted, and we discussed the details at length. I even showed her ideas from Pinterest that I had saved, so that she could see what I was trying to describe. Later, I was given the opportunity to review the design and make tweaks, which I appreciated. When we went to pick up my ring, they made that special occasion feel even more special by bringing me a glass of champagne. (It's the little things.) Seeing my new ring for the first time took my breath away. I still can't believe how beautiful it is. Overall, I am very pleased with the result. Kristy and the rest of the staff at Sierra Moon were so welcoming and accommodating. They made the whole process very easy. Their customer service is excellent and they provide high quality jewelry and services at a reasonable price. If you are looking to have a piece of jewelry designed, I highly recommend Sierra Moon and will definitely be going back myself.

I walked it knowing who I was buying for, but with no idea of what to choose. I was guided and everyone made me feel comfortable and gave me plenty of choices with a simple process to narrow it down. The perfect piece was found! My sister loves her necklace and every time she looks at it she things of how proud her siblings are that she received her doctorate! Such gorgeous pieces to choose from here and Shawn and Brad are so helpful!

When searching for a place to have my engagement ring redesigned/upgraded for my wedding, Sierra Moon came highly recommended. I made an appointment and met with Morrie - I explained what my vision was and which parts of the ring I wanted to include in my new piece. Soon after, I received my CAD via email and was so happy with the design. A few tweaks later, they brought this vision to life! I was so impressed with the ease of the process and Morrie's commitment to making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I'm incredibly happy with my new ring, and I appreciate that it is truly a one-of-a-kind piece.
