Shopcuffs is a cute little boutique that's perfect for shopping for yourself or others. I love to stop by while I'm out and about in Midtown. They have fun and festive clothes, vintage items, and an assortment of jewelry, candles, pins, scarves, and bags. The employees are always friendly and helpful in finding sizes or ordering items that aren't available in-store. You can also get gift cards for loved ones and friends!4 stars because parking can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the area. Overall, a lovely spot to stop and shop!

Nice store and staff is very nice overall but they don't allow for refunds. Before you purchase make sure you like your item and find something else that you may exchange your item for. Pretty disappointing that they don't vocalize their policy or point to the fine print. Products are made in china but have boutique prices.

I came in today and was the only customer in the shop, there was no greeting and the gals working did not say one word to me the whole time I was in there. Really shitty considering I was excited to come in and try on items that i been eyeing online. It made it very uncomfortable as if I was unwanted. I've worked many years in retail and know greeting customers is rule #1. Seems like it's a common trend based off other reviews, sad because cute clothes but can't shop if I'm unwanted will take my business to friendlier local shops like heart.

Really bad experience here. I had always driven by and thought it looked like a cute store that I wanted to check out. I finally had the chance to go in and see the clothes. When I walked in, I was not greeted by the girl at the cashier (she was not even busy with anyone, she was idly standing there) and instead, she just proceeded to stare at me the entire time. I was trying to look at clothes, and then I would look up and just meet her eyes staring at me. I saw some cute clothes I would have liked to try on, but the environment produced by this worker was stale and discouraging. I don't know why she just kept looking at me in that way and not saying one word, like "can I help you find anything," etc. Nothing. It was such an uncomfortable experience. There are plenty of other boutiques in Midtown where the girls/guys working are so helpful and sweet and warm! :(

Great customer service, unique gifts, and new/vintage wear. I got a cocktail party outfit and some fab heels, and the young woman helping me was super helpful.

It turns out my first visit was not representative of this store on a regular basis. Since my first review, I've been back many times and always have a positive experience and leave with something cute.

Cuffs is still one of the best boutique stores in Sacramento. Their selection is incredible and the owners, or whoever picks the merchandise, has incredible taste. It took me a long time and a lot of visits to finally realize how much I should appreciate this place. What already puts them above so many other places for me is the fact that they sell men's clothing as well. As a constant visitor of local businesses, I can't tell you how many times I've been disappointed to walk into a local clothing shop and find...only women's clothing. Until I start crossdressing (at least, regularly), these shops will forever lose my business. But not Cuffs. Their selection of men's stuff, from t-shirts to button-downs to sweatshirts to shorts to pants to wallets is impressive. I walked in to kill some time recently and couldn't resist buying a vintage short-sleeve button-down shirt. Keep up the good work, Cuffs! We got some art supplies, stopped for coffee, were ready to take off, but then noticed Cuffs. So had to investigate.THE SETUP* They carry some exceptional lines of clothing (I would have to say mainly for women, but interesting nonetheless).* Nice fashions accessories to pair with business or fun casual, including a wide selection of jewelry and belts* Some cool jewelry pieces.BOUTIQUE UNIQUENESSIn the few times we've stopped since, we see that Cuffs keeps it's inventory current, switching it with the seasons, or even more so.The only downside of being a boutique rather than a department store of course is that their may not be an appropriate size for the customer with the item being considered. But that is what it is, and focus is place on those items that are size-appropriate.NICE SURPRISEFor a store as petite in size as this one, I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide array of HATS that they had! All shapes, sizes, colors & configurations. The caps here were quite stylish and something very much to consider as we get deeper into Fall & Winter.THE LOWDOWNWe eventually found items that we seized upon and took with us. A nice store to consider getting some fashionable items from, conveniently located in Midtown.

Don't buy their vintage. Idk who is in charge of their collection but their posted pictures are deceiving. I buy from many vintage shops online, and one of my favorite vintage shops is transparent with front and back photos and as seen on models with descriptions of whether it's pinned or not. I'm certain that the skirt I just bought was pinned from the back on their mannequin because it is SO wide. They should also be transparent of condition. The skirt has been over washed and it also arrived incredibly wrinkled. Oh, and the brand was Gloria Vanderbilt ...so prob from the late 80s/90s. Maybe post the brand? I would have not bought if I knew the brand.This the second time I'm not satisfied with my purchase so I won't be buying again
