Shake Shack Galleria at Roseville

Please stop comparing Shake Shack to In and Out. My 2 burgers were $30!! No fries. No soda. I could've bought about 3 meals at In and Out for the same price. Shake Shack is absolutely delicious though. It's the price that is out of this world. This is why I knocked off 1 star. This was my first time getting the chicken sandwich. It was crispy and juicy. I would definitely recommend it. The shack stack is my go-to burger here. It was beef with a fried mushroom filled with cheese inside. Both burgers were 5/5!

Very impressed with how the management reached out to make sure we have a better experience next visit and there will very well be a next time! Keep in mind everyone, reviews are just opinions, and we can all hope that we are not judged by our worst moments, but given grace and redemption for what is done to make things right. Thank you shake shack!

It's a food court spot so the ambiance is what it is & the customer service was perfunctory, but satisfactory. The food, however, was delicious!We ordered a ShackBurger, Double Cheeseburger, & Golden State Double. We also got a side of Crinkle Fries & a Mango Passionade drink. The burgers were well assembled & made for some really beefy, unctuous eating. I like the use of soft potato buns. The fries had a great crispy texture. The drink was flavorfully fruity with some refreshing tartness to help cut through all the richness. The whole meal totally hit the spot after we had worked up an appetite & got a late lunch.

This location is inside the shopping mall at the food court. Pretty convenient location. Lots of indoor seating available. Wait time is decent. Price is expensive, per the usual Shake Shack. Food is delicious, just like other Shake Shack location I've been to. The Shack Stack is my go to burger. I just love the stuffed mushroom that it comes with. Haven't had anything like that in any other burgers before, so it can't be beat. The Avocado Bacon Burger was pretty good too! The chicken was crispy, and who doesn't love avocado and bacon?! This was not our first time at this location and won't be the last.

Decided to give Shake Shack a try and the burger and fries were pretty good. The employee that took my order was nice. Will be coming back again.

You know a burger is good when all you need is a bun, cheese and meat. We were at the Galleria on Saturday to see a movie and decided to stop at Shake Shack for lunch beforehand.I ordered the Single Cheeseburger and Fries to share with my husband. The burger was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy.The service however was a bit...odd. There were a million people working at one time which is weird considering while I was waiting in line, no one acknowledged me. They had 2 cash registers and 1 kiosk to order at, but no one assisted at the register or told me to use the kiosk. They also send a text message when your order is ready -- I received the text and I walked up to the counter, my food was not actually ready. There seemed to be a lot of people standing around not knowing what to do at this location.There's no "ambiance" at this location really since it's located inside of the Galleria Food Court - you take your food and sit at one of the available tables.

Located inside the mall on the 2nd floor. There are plenty of food options, but my husband and I wanted a burger. Surprisingly, there was no line on a Saturday at noon! We went with the limited time double patty black truffle burger, fries, and limited time salted caramel chocolate shake. The black truffle burger was so juicy! Gruyere cheese and black truffle sauce. Yum. Flavor. I usually order the 'shroom burger. The crispy fried portobello mushroom is delicious with whatever cheese they use. Haha. The fries were ok and the shake was good! I'd get that again and again.

The line was long but went fairly fast. Everything was Al a cart and the hamburger tasted good but definitely not one of my favorites. I'm going to rate this five stars bc I was with my boyfriend but overall the food was two stars. Better than Carl's Jr tho.

The burgers were very impressive. Super fresh, juicy, and flavorful. We tried the fried chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, and fried mushroom beef burger (favorite!) The ambiance isn't the best among other shake shacks. It's located in the busy food court. I would like it better if they have their own store separate from the mall. You dont have the sit down experience you'd otherwise experience at other shake shacks

This is one of my favorite burger spots! The freshness of their burger exceeds my burger joint expectations! Their gluten free bun option really puts Shake Shack high on the overall list of best burgers! My usual go to is the Bacon Avocado burger! It's full of flavor and there is no lack of ingredients in this burger! I really like their Shack sauce, it's better than your usual "thousand island" that's always on a burger. The gluten free bun is soft and rounds out this burger nicely. Spicy Cheese Fries - do I need to say more! I'm not a big crinkle cut fry person, but these fries are the exception. They're soft inside and perfectly crispy outside. I like the cheese sauce they put on here and the sprinkle of spicy seasoning makes this a delicious order of fries. Then of course you need a few sides of Shack sauce for those fries with no cheese sauce on them! Their flavored Teas and Lemonades are surprisingly good and not too sweet! We tried the Strawberry Lemonade and the Cherry Hibiscus Lemonade. Both were pretty tasty!!Great spot for a burger and fries! Service is okay, nothing to rave about. This is located in the Galleria Mall, so you get those "food court" vibes at this location.
