I've been coming to SET Gymnastics for Aerial Silk lessons with *Come Fly With B Aerial* for a few weeks now and I love it. Kat is an incredible, patient, and attentive instructor who keeps learning fun and works with you to build routines that are manageable for your skill and fitness levels respectively. If you've ever been interested in exploring circus, or are just curious to see what aerial silks are all about, I recommend coming to Kat. She's the best!

I found this gymnastics place online. The first class is free to see if your child likes it. After that, you pay a fee for a year which I think was only $35. After that it cost us $60 a month for 1 class per week. The first couple classes my daughter loved. After that she didn't want to go back. The couple that run this place were very nice. The bathrooms were dirty. They had theater style seats for the parents and they sold drinks and snacks. The last time we went my daughter burned her underarm while doing a push up on their equipment. The coach was also not paying attention to my daughter while she was climbing up a rope 7-8 feet in the air. As she was falling he noticed last minute and caught her before she hit the ground. This place isn't for us.

Don't take your children here. Although the instructor is good at what he does, but his business partner - who is also his wife - is a liar! Over the Easter holiday class was not is session, however the monthly bill was due, since the office was closed we did not pay. The next week she asked my children's father to pay and he mistakenly thought I paid (as I usually do) and he told the owners wife that he wanted to check with me. I unfortunately was out of town and sick so I couldn't pay until I returned. The owner and instructor called describing his wife's behavior and telling me lies (that she had asked me numerous times for me to pay and I refused) that she conjured up, when the bottom line their establishment was closed - we couldn't pay. They don't have an online payment system and you can only pay in person. He complained about his wife's behavior to me, but I told him that his wife was not being truthful and her behavior towards him was not my problem. I said when I return I would pay, however, once I returned to pay, he publicly kicked my daughter out the class for non payments, which mortified my 7 year old and she stared crying. This business needs a better payment system, with payment reminders especially during holidays) and needs to learn the fundamentals of customer service. The owners need to work out their marital issues and not inject them into their work. The owners wife is a liar and she obviously needs not to be working the front desk or with the collecting of money! Don't waste your time - GO ELSEWHERE!

SET Gymnastics is not a gymnastics place; it's more of a tumble and learn big skills. The coach/owner lies, and takes your money without giving any services. Example: team he never corrects or improves a gymnast skills. He let's them do giants when giants are a level 7 skill and not a level 4 skill. For a two hour team practice, the gymnasts only get maybe a 20 minute to work on their apparatuses out of the two hours, no conditioning what so ever, and the rest of the time he sits or talks, and eats while the girls just sit their, talking ,eating for a 1/2 hour for the 100 minutes without any training or doing tricks that will never be used in competition. Pro: if your gymnast can not do a back handspring and over the age of 12, the coach will stick your gymnast on team, so that's a plus if you want your 12 and up child to compete this is the place to go just for the experience. Plus he does teach recreational gymnastics, which he is good at but not for competitive gymnasts. He also prefers cheerleaders over competitive gymnast and competitive gymnast over 12. The highest level he can get a competitive team is to Level 4 then the team goes elsewhere. He likes to keep adding gymnast who can not do back handspring to the team. He now has 20 gymnast on team but only has 1/2 a floor, 1 vault, 2 beams, and bar. If he really tried and put effort he could have been a great coach but he's tired. He has one other coach but he coaches all classes himself, so that's a problem their and not enough equipment and to many breaks during training for the two hours that your child is there.

This is only for kids y was thinking that we were going to get one on one rock climbing training. But it was a 5minute training and then your, ready to rock climbing. It is nice and clean but not for adults the wall is not high enough. I was disappointed on the groupon it look like it was tall enough to climb is not worth it. Unless you have kids then yes go and have fun.

My daughter has been going here off and on for a couple of years. It has been great! We wanted her to learn some basic skills & have no intention of ever having her do competitive gymnastics. I appreciate this gym is comfortable and accepting of that fact. Yes, it's not the fanciest or most modern and clean... but the couple running the place are extremely nice. Coach Dan is very good with the kids and it feels like a great neighborhood gym. The price is $60 per month for 1 class every Sunday. There is no drop in rate which is fine. I pay knowing she can't go every Sunday so she wont lose her spot in the class as they fill up and tend to stay filled.

This facility is not the cleanest nor organized. In fact, cleanliness is a fail. It feels like someone packed a warehouse full of equipment and you have to climb over this and that to get where you need to be. There is a vending machine oddly placed by everything with a dusty fan behind it, maybe for cooling purposes. Speaking of, there appeared to be no air conditioning while I was there. It's summer! Even if it isn't a sweltering day, I expect ac. All in all, the facility needs to be better organized and not like the afterthought it seems to be.

I went into this gym with a rock climbing Groupon and was pleasantly surprised. Dan, the instructor, is an expert at teaching, and he's very hands on, able to demonstrate the moves we were required to do. Not only was he super nice to me and my best friend, the facility is packed with challenging obstacles, and much thought was put into the planning of the gym. If I run into anybody that is looking for someone to teach gymnastics to their child, I would definitely recommend him and this gym. Will be returning to their open house nights on Fridays, where anyone is able to utilize the equipment inside this gym for only $10.

What started with a trial turned into a passion for my daughter. SET gymnastics and Coach Dan have created a great facility and are wonderful with my daughter. Last year she even had her birthday party at the facility where everyone had a great time. My son loves the rock climbing, they offer karate classes, tumbling classes, and I. Friday nights a fun night so parents can make a date out of it. Definitely a must try for anyone interested in gymnastics or activities for children or adults.

This is THE place for adult gymnasts or those aspiring to be one ;) I'm over 40 years old, and I attend the teen/adult open gym. I also take private lessons with Dan. I've been doing gymnastics off and on for 30 years, but it wasn't until I came to SET that I started learning new skills for the first time since high school! I even started vaulting -- an event I was always terrified of as a younger gymnast. Dan knows how to ease you into skills to make you feel comfortable. Sure, the gym doesn't have all the bells and whistles you can find elsewhere, but his expertise and coaching technique is a rarity, especially for an older gymnast! Dan is only one of two coaches I've ever had in 20+ years of doing adult gymnastics who can/will spot us old folks. He loves what he does, and that makes a huge difference in his approach to working with his athletes, regardless of age, skill level, or discipline (he works with cheerleaders and dancers, as well). His wife, Belle, runs the front desk and is in charge of scheduling. She's so sweet, and always a pleasure to work with when scheduling private lessons.
