Great place! However they need to modify their menu. It is always the same. We would definitely go more often if there were options.

if people from the Bay Area knew how amazing and affordable it is to live and be a member of this club so many people would move here - its beautiful, its clean, its gates and HOA fees are reasonable for what you get! Should definitely check it out if your in the Sacramento area!

The service at Serrano is second to none. Our bar tenders are mixologists - crafted drinks that rival any venue. The food is amazing - Easter brunch that will please the entire family. And the fillet mignon is steak house good: they get the temperature right EVERY single time. Which is for me really important. The view of Folsom lake makes every dining experience beautiful and enjoyable. The property is amazing - I feel like I live in a resort. But it is the people - the bartenders, waitstaff and the amazing pro shop manager that make Serrano the best county club around. Great golf - topography makes this course unrivaled in the area - and great people. We feel so lucky to live here. If you can join this club and live here you will surely feel like we do - like you live in a resort and are on vacation wherever you are at home. No need to travel for a vacation when you live here.

View is impeccable but the food is a solid 3. I'm not sure what is going on with the appetizer choice but they don't even have a decent charcuterie board. They offer greasy fried zucchini strips that are drenched in grease. Messy wings with barely any chicken on them. Who wants to dig into messy wings in deep fry zucchini strips when you're enjoying a beautiful glass of wine? I do appreciate the wine list I think the club offer is some spectacular wines but they appetizers do not complement any of the wines. The service has gone way down! Sad I have to go to Hawks or Farmhaus for a good meal. Maybe the Manager needs to visit one of these restaurants to see what good service and a great menu is all about.

This review is for my wedding at Serrrano Country Club (FYI: I am not a member / do not live in Serrano). I had my wedding at the clubhouse last month and it was everything I could have ever imagined. The location is stunning, such beautiful views. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the clubhouse itself is very elegant. What really made the day perfect, however, was Jennifer the coordinator and her staff. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. Everything was perfect, more than I could have ever hoped for. I would absolutely recommend Serrano for any special events, especially weddings. As I mentioned, Serrano is a beautiful venue. The indoor space is elegant, with rich woods, beautiful chandeliers and sweeping views of the hills. It honestly took my breath away the first time we viewed it, and on my wedding day I had the same exact feeling. Everything about it is just perfect. The outside grounds are equally as beautiful. The ceremony takes place at a massive oak tree with perfect views of the hills and lake in the background. At sunset, this was just gorgeous and made for perfect photos. Aesthetically speaking, I could not imagine a nicer looking venue for your wedding. Compared to how beautiful Serrano is, the staff and service is even better. Jennifer is the in house event coordinator and she was absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. From the first time we met her to tour through our wedding night, she did everything she could to meet all of our desires and make the day perfect for us. She is incredibly organized, responsive and forthcoming with all details. She is also so flexible, much more so than other venues we looked at. On the day of the wedding, she was a lifesaver. She was there from 9am through 8pm, working nonstop to make our day perfect. She helped us to setup literally everything (even scattered petals down the aisle for us). She also literally saved us with our wedding bouquets which were a disaster. She took it upon herself to find us a ribbon to wrap them and cut of all the thorns / rearrange the flowers. During the reception, she made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, and she even got us our drinks and dinner. I can't say enough about how amazing she is. Jennifer is a true superstar. I would choose Serrano again just because of her, not even factoring in how beautiful it is. Her staff were also fantastic. They were friendly and on top of everything. I have no complaints whatsoever about them. The food at Serrano is also top notch. It is your traditional wedding fare, but everything tasted fantastic. The chicken and tri-tip were flavorful and very moist, cooked to perfection. There was more than enough food to go around, and everyone had only positive things to say about it. I would 1000% recommend Serrano to anyone looking for a special event menu. I could not be happier with my decision to have my wedding here. Jennifer is the most amazing event coordinator you could ask for, and the venue itself is just stunning.

Hosted our wedding at the Serrano Country Club. My husband and I are not members so we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to create memories at this beautiful venue. From the minute I sent my inquiry email to the moment we drove off the property after saying our "I do's" it was amazing. The wedding coordinator (Jennifer) was God sent, the food was five star, the staff professional. We were able to create memories for a lifetime, I would not change a single thing. If you're hesitating, don't.

Lived here for a couple of years. Got a smokin' deal on a house after the market had crashed. That's the biggest plus. Made enough in equity, to use for downpayment in Granite Bay when we sold. We used most of the amenities available. The HOA is a major ripoff. What you get for the monthly fee, is not appropriate. Some of the people living here, behave is as if they're in Beverly Hills instead of El Dorado Hills. Total nose-in-the-air wannabees. I've had my fair share of interaction with the staff. Bob (GM) is pretty low key. The girls in the clubhouse, restaurant, and gym are up to par. Ken Z the maintenance guy is a piece of work. Reported a deficiency to him once, and that was a bad idea. He lacks basic interpersonal skills, and people skills. VERY abrasive and defensive. I played the course a fair amount. Overall it is well manicured, and maintained. I usually shoot around 85-90, so for my skill level I can't complain.

After a great day of shooting golf with my buddies and having some major victories on my court cases today along with some great and happy improvements to my home today. This is the place I come to relax. They make the best medium rare steaks and the most tasted mojitos! And the best scenic views! Two thumbs up.

We moved to Serrano this year Before that we lived in Bay Area many communities paying HOA we were able to use gym pool jacuzzi tennis courts free that is what we paid HOA for Gate and security patrol is something included if you live in gated community Serrano is rip off you have to pay membership to use basic club druthers which is only one club for over 5000 homes So before you buy house here you will know that you only paying $170 a month for gate and front grass !

Serrano Country Club is a five star country club! We have been social members for over twenty years and have had many business Christmas parties there. Jennifer Galistalus, Catering Director, is so professional. You tell her what you want or need and she's gets the job done. I have to give a "shout out" to Nick Veliky, Beverage and Banquet Manager too! He's been actually there to make sure all the Christmas parties run smoothly. Recently, I held a small family/friends 75th birthday dinner party there in the Lakeview Room. Both Jennifer and Nick made my day so special! Usually, for our business Christmas Party we have a plated meal. Because my party was so small, it was my first time having a buffet and Nick, making sure everything was perfect, put Michael in charge of my event. The entrees, hand carved prime rib, lemon piccata chicken, were delicious! The bartender knew how to make different kinds of specialty drinks. My family thoroughly enjoyed the venue, DJ, photo booth, food, and bar. Thank you to Jennifer, Nick, Michael, waiters, waitresses, carver, and bartender! As I said before, Serrano Country Club's staff, service, and food are five star!!
