Yesterday at around 5 pm ish we went with me and my friends into Sephora and were smelling the men's colognes to see what we like. We then smelled everything we had our eyes on and started walking out because nothing attracted us enough to buy. As we are walking out a lady grabs my friend, she looked Hispanic but I'm not sure and she says "give me the cologne" keep in mind this kid is as innocent as they come. He definitely isn't stealing anything. He says I didn't steal anything and she says "where is it" I look at her and say go prove it on your screens if you think he stole something. She gets quite and walks away. I say don't accuse people for no reason and she looked back and walked away. Get you're "security in check and maybe put a man to do that job. Falsely accusing people of stealing is very embarrassing to us. Not cool. And she knew she was wrong and didn't apologize.

There's man who works here with short hair and about medium height who will get in front of your personal space without saying excuse me. He will also recommend five of the same products to customers just to land the sale. I overheard the customer say "Wow, do I really need ALL of these?" He goes "Oh yeah, and let me show you more." The dynamics of this store is odd, they'll keep coming up to you to ask if you need help. If I needed help, I'd ask. How is it I keep seeing the same MUA at every end of the store? I understand it's a store with sales goals, but the customer service here is truly lacking.

I absolutely love this location. The service I always receive always exceeds my expectations. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable with the products. Ann helped me recently and she knew her stuff! I was looking for a new morning and evening skin care routine and based on my concerns she recommended products and wrote down step by step what I should do. She even asked what I had at home and told me how to incorporate it.

Came in a while back with some friends and we were just walking around sampling products. An employee asked us if we needed help and we said no, and only a few minutes later she comes back and asks us again, this time more aggressively. We said no again, and continued to browse to through the next couple of rows. She somehow always ended up in the row next to us as we kept moving, and finally asked us, "are you sure you don't need any help?" But it wasn't a kind, willing the help kind of ask. It was more of an accusing ask, as if she thought we were going to steal. I also work in retail customer service and I can tell the difference between helpful engagement with a customer and suspicion of stealing. I love browsing for makeup, but unfortunately this made my experience uncomfortable and my friends and I decided to leave.

The store is absolutely disgusting and none of the employees are helpful. The store dynamic has 1000% changed in the last couple of years. I'd suggest going to the fountains instead.

I really wish I could rate the customer service in the store vs the 800 customer service line. They would be VERY different ratings. First I'll speak to the store - when I went in to book a Full Face appt I was greeted right away. When I let the team member know what I needed she quickly directed me to someone who could assist. The 2nd team member helped me to download the Sephora app and walked me through booking my appointments. A few days later realized that I needed to move the times of my appt so I accessed the app and rescheduled (day before the appt). Something happened with the available times so I had to go in a few times to see later timeframes and was charged $20 for each of these "rescheduled appointments ". When I noticed 5 $20 charges pending on my account I called the store and spoke to Traci (manager). She was very helpful (and also remembered me from the week prior) and let me know that those pending charges would fall off. Also let me know that if they didn't then to call the customer service line and they would take care of any that posted. Fast forward a week and I'm at work, Traci comes through my line and automatically recognizes me, asks how I'm doing and asks if the charges were squared away. I let her know that 3 posted and again, she assured me that customer service would take care of it and if not, to give her a call. I just got off the phone with customer service and here's where 1 star comes in. Because the app continuously did not show later times and I had to repeat the reschedule, I'm being charged $60 and they only agreed to reverse $40. Additionally, my service was done done the 12th of November and I had $20 charged on the 19th, $20 charged on the 23rd, and $20 charged on the 24th. Hope and why are you continuing to charge my card multiple times over a week later?I was really looking forward to going back and patronizing the Galleria Sephora but I'm not so sure about it now. I surely wish that the customer service center had associates like the store has. I feel like the service recovery on the phone was NIL. I always dread having to dial 800 because everything is always scripted. Nobody is empowered to just give good customer service. So Traci and team - I thank you so much for the wonderful service that your store provided. Maybe you could inservice the 800 folks and let them know how customer satisfaction works.

I would give this store a zero star rating if I could. All staff workers were very nice until my 15 year old daughter walked over to the Drunk Elephant skincare shelf. My daughter wanted to sample a moisturizer, so she pumped of the moisturizer out and the older bald lady worker yelled at her saying "that's enough, only 1 little pump". My daughter really wanted to purchase this moisturizer but after that fiasco it made my daughter and I very uncomfortable that she followed us around until we walked away from the Drunk Elephant shelf and she took the moisturizer off the shelf rudely to wipe it off. IT WAS A SAMPLE....
