Saucy Lito's

Great menu, great food, even better customer service. Saucy Lito's where at Tower Brewing on Friday night so we have them a shot. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings. Unfortunately they were out of bone in wings, but no worries, bone less it is. My wife wanted the Kalbi short ribs basket. 8 minutes later our food was ready. Instead of getting the shirt rib basket I was given the short rib sandwich. I told him I ordered the basket and not the sandwich. Both gentlemen were very apologetic and told me to keep the sandwich on them and they would make a basket. A few minutes later the basket was ready. They threw on a few extra short ribs to apologize even more. The food was really good. The boneless wings were not over down, and the short ribs were outstanding. Through on top the great attitudes by the guys in the truck and you've got a 5 star truck. I look forward to trying some more food from them.

I had Saucy Lito's at Track 7, their other food truck had fallen through and Saucy Lito's came to the rescue for all of the hungry beer drinkers like me. At first it was a one man show, ordering, cooking and getting the food out to customers and he was doing it all with a smile. Luckily some back up came a bit later and made things a lot easier for them but you could tell they were excited to be serving up delicious food, even on a last minute's notice. I ordered with some friends and together we got buffalo boneless wings, bbq boneless wings and a sandwich along with the Parmesan fries. Everything came out nice and hot and the sauces were tasty. The crinkle cut fries blew us away, perfectly seasoned and crispy. The sandwich was huge and loaded with toppings and the boneless wings were much bigger portion than we were expecting and had the perfect ratio of sauce/breading/chicken. They were out of the traditional (bone-in) wings since they filled in last minute but I cannot wait to try those as well.

Where do I start...Food is delicious and the owner is super cool!Wings are homemade. Crispy Wings with a ton of flavors to choose from. Garlic fries are a must so for sure upgrade!

My family & I ate here when they were parked at SacYard. I was actually quite excited to try some spicy fried chicken. The food was good, but nothing amazing. But that's kinda what I've come to expect with food truck dishes. The portion sizes were small and a lot of the wings we got were extremely over sauced. They also didn't have any silverware to offer which blew my mind. It made for eating an even messier event than I was hoping for. Prices were also high (once again as expected from a food truck). In the end, my meal was ok. I think the actual act of eating it & struggling to keep clean hurt the overall experience. Maybe that was just a fluke thing, but it was definitely what stood out the most for me.

Pass on this. Wings were meh. I did forget to ask for them well done (don't like mushy wings), but no matter, as the sauce was boring (there was no tang and no bbq to the tangy bbq sauce I ordered) The fries were squishy and not salty either. Whatever blue cheese they use is tasty though. So there's that. I'm not opposed to trying them again maybe a different menu item in a less chaotic environment, but my first visit has left me wishing I went elsewhere. Seriously even major pizza chains have better wings. PS, wings, fries, and canned drink were $16. Yikes.

My husband and I met some friends at Moksa for beer and Saucy Lito's food truck was there. We decided to give them a try and ordered a small variety of some wings and fries: bone-in-wings (w/ spicy sauce & dry rub) poppers w/a bbq sauce) & fries (both regular and garlic). I prefer boneless wings so I was happy to see the poppers on the menu-and were great! Quick and friendly service, food was quality, tasty and not soggy. Make sure you have some napkins handy . Would order from SL again!

Came here to Track 7 brewery for the first time and seen the food truck with my wife and we loved the menu and how it was setup. The guys were very cool and energetic. I ordered super nachos and bacon cheddar fries MMMmm sounds good. The order came out pretty quick. Guys work fast. The fries were crunchy and full of bacon on top and cheese. oww yeah hit the spot. Super nachos had a great crunch and flavor in every bite. Every part was seasoned perfectly. I hope to see them again to try them famous Chicken Wings mmm see you guys soon

My husband and I went to Track 7 in Natomas for a beer on 12/23. SL was there and it was smelling awesome! We decided to get some wings! They didn't have any bone-in wings on-hand (to their credit, they received a call at the last second requesting to come to Track 7). Cool, I got the poppers. Transaction went great, poppers were tasty (I got a BBQ sauce of some kind). I ordered a ranch to go with the poppers. When the order was paid for, I should have asked for a receipt. I didn't. When we dove into the wings, I saw the ranch wasn't there. I walked back up and asked for the ranch I ordered, and was told it was $1.00. It wasn't listed on the menu that it cost a dollar...but okay, that's fine. I said I ordered it with the wings...no dice. I yelled over at my husband asking if he had a buck. He said no. The transaction to run a credit or debit card is $0.50. For the fact that I asked for it originally and it was left off the order...then to now have to buy a ranch for a $1, then get charged $0.50...wow. Is there no Christmas spirit??? Poppers were very good! Quality for the price. But unfortunately I won't buy again because of the poor customer service

I'm hanging around here at Two Rivers cider on a Friday evening (i needed a buzz for the long week that went). Well, hey another food truck. It was red & chicken stencil & 'lito' (i think i had my buzz on). They had mac and cheese which i got for the nephew. should have gotten him some wings too. His comments " best mac & cheese that i brought home so far "(he didn't care for Sellands or Obo's and can't remember where else I've brought him pasta). Well, dang....now I've got to keep an eye out for them where ever they and I happen to be.

My husband and his friend took me to a beer festival and Saucy Lito's food truck was there. There was a huuuge line but it was worth the wait!! We got a BLT, two burgers, boneless buffalo wings, garlics fries, and buffalo fries!!! Everything was amazing!! The BLT was the BEST BLT my husband and I had ever tried!!! The wings were absolutely delicious!Their special sauce on their sandwiches made everything extra delicious!!! Above all, the customer service was SUPERB!! Zach treated us like royalty!! Thank you Zach for the amazing food on that hot summer day!!!! Sorry I don't have more pictures!! We inhaled the food!! Hahahahaha!!
