I found this taco truck at my neighborhood trunk or treat event and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I ordered a taco macho - al pastor. It was about $7.95, which initially felt a little steep however there's plenty of meat and it's hearty! I loved that it has the Anaheim pepper and the pastor comes with pineapple pieces. It was delish! The customer service was great- everyone was courteous and had a smile on their face! I hope to try other menu items next time! Yum!

We went to Moksa for a beer and to our delight Santacos truck was there! We asked the lady setting up what her favorite thing on the menus was and she recommended the fish and the shrimp, so that's what we got! My husband got one fish and one shrimp taco with beans and rice and I got the shrimp quesadilla. Both were so delicious! The quesadilla was stuffed full of shrimp that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thank you thank you to the wonderful employee who recommended that! I will always look for this amazing food truck when I'm in town!

Homemade corn tortillas what more should I say they have a great selection just a little pricey but worth it ifThe corn tortillas are freshly made ordered the fish taco and asada tacos they also add beans and rice on your tacos. This was a good truck that came to a football game.

SPEECHLESS! I love a good food truck, but I have honestly never had a great experience with trucks who specialize in Mexican cuisine. Well I can say that today I found the BEST food truck burrito! Hands down, I got the chicken burrito, a coworker got the asada burritos, and another got the taco plate with veggie tacos. All the food was amazing,The staff were awesome, the food came out hot and fresh. I wish I had pictures to post, but do not fear, I will be back and I will absolutely continue to rave about this food. Santacos, you have a gem and I am so glad you came to our office!

Caught Santacos food truck at dinner time on Greenback near San Juan 12-20-2022. Same parking lot as Ross, kohl's, Burlington coat, del Taco, Sport clips, pizza guys. They scored my business after the local Taco Bell lost my business due to lobby being closed.The service was kind and wonderful. Food ready in under 10 minutes. They invited me to wait in my car and they deliver it. The packaged it fantastically, too.You can pay cash or with a card.Their menu was short, simple and easy to read, i.e. just a few basic meats, no cabeza, lengua, tripe, etc. And about 12 food items. They had the basic taqueria taco but they add beans. I had volcanes (carne asada) and shrimp taco. Shrimp Taco (3 jumbo fried shrimp) was good, lots of flavor with the sauce. Didn't care for shrimp being fried. The volcanes was spectacular. Loved the tostada top and the contents. Fully recommend volcanes. I've seen their truck somewhere before, maybe same spot. Sounds silly but I didn't understand what the name was and even though I could tell it had something to do with tacos, I just wasn't curious enough until necessity dictated my decisions. I recommend giving them a try.

We were lucky to have the Santacos truck at our local elementary school's book fair. We had never seen the truck before and looked at the menu board. The volcanes caught our interest. Since we never tried the Outlaw Cuisine truck either, we decided to buy one item from each truck. The volcanes was super good! The tortilla was perfectly fried and chicken was spiced deliciously. Definitely some great Mexican comfort food. My son ordered a chicken burrito and he loved it. The side of chips was a great choice--they tasted very fresh. Service was good, although Outlaw gave us a little pager which was a nice touch.

Just grabbed food from my weekly neighborhood food truck night.Shrimp taco- great breading, spice, and flavor.Quesabirria- not overwhelming like many versions of this. Nice and mild and the consome is flavorful.Nachos- lots of toppings and made with nacho cheese. Some don't like when nacho cheese is used but I do.

Fresh and so tasty! We passed the taco truck while we were out and decided to stop. We ordered a few tacos with different meats and a fried fish taco. The fish taco was by far our favorite, but everything was delightful and fresh! They took our order and said they would deliver it to our car! With our tacos, we received a red and green salsa, and grilled onions. We are very picky with our salsas, but all were amazing and so fresh. The fish taco had toppings, but was super crispy. The truck was very accessible with plenty of parking around.
