I love this place. I normally wouldn't make a review about a store but seeing all the negative reviews about online purchases I felt it was necessary I share how I've been here multiple times in the last 5 years and every times it's gone fine. I've never purchased anything online here, when I need something I go in person. The store is always decently organized, always tacos or pupusas sold fresh outside. We have bought lots of home decor, candy, birthday decorations and cooking supplies. The staff has always been friendly - bilingual of course!! A few years ago when they had clothes I purchased so much of the clothes here, shirts and dresses and we love them. I'll continue to support this place and encourage others too as well. Place an order online last Saturday morning. Their website says orders ship within 48 hours. I didn't receive an email for shipping and I called them to inquire and that answered told me the guy who handles the online orders forgot to package mine. I barely got a shipping notification today (6 days later) and only after I called. I don't get it. They promote on social media and if they can't handle online orders, they shouldn't offer it.

If you need a piñata, Mexican candy, duros, nativity sets, decorations, this is the place to go. You can find just about anything in the store. There is a large parking lot adjacent from the store. The only confusing part is that some items do not have clearly visible prices.

This place is horrible, the staff is rude and the products are low quality. I bought a 2 burner outdoor stove and one of the burners does not work. My sister bought a griddle and after the first use, it was all bent out of shape. Do not waste your money in this place. Plus, there is no refunds. I failed to see the signs when I was there so when I went back, the young lady, called herself the manager, told me that I needed to get my stuff and leave. She was arrogant, rude and just mean! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I would've put zero stars but you can't !! Called on a wooden tortilla press to exchange and my poor teenager got it for me for Mother's Day !! And she's partially blind . I was excited to receive the gift but noticed it had a long crack in the wood !! So I called and she would exchange with receipt and not wasn't used the lady told me . So when I took to the store she just examined it and was being resistance after she said she would exchange !! But didn't . She argued maybe we damaged the crack in the wood !! Wow is this taking advantage of a partially blind teenager !! I was shocked and was goin to call the police but husband said don't !! It's not worth the argument !! I hope people rethink before shopping there !!! BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE BAD LIERS RUNNING THAT FAMILY STORE !! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND the PEOPLE Working THERE !!

Horrible! I placed an order Oct 2nd till this day 10/29 have not received. I have emailed them various times as I received an email of order had been shipped and received. No response. Do not order from here.

I purchased a clay mug from this shop as a gift. I took the gift to the recipient right after I purchased it and when she pulled it out of the bag, the cup fell off of the handle. It was actually pretty embarrassing watching that happen. I have picture evidence of when it happened and had the cup parts with me . The handle was intact whilst the cup was shattered. I explained the situation to the lady of how I got a faulty cup. She did not work with me at all. Wouldn't even give a discount on purchasing another one. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't want low quality products and service.

I have an incomplete order because she said they were out of stock, 2 months later they have not send the remaining products neither return my money. Please be careful do not order online.

Worst customer service I've experienced, they clearly don't care for small businesses that shop with them. The female I spoke with is incompetent and wasted a lot of my time. She clearly does not care for the customer. You get what you pay for here, buyers beware

I would rate 0 stars if possible. I made an order and they sent me the wrong items and besides that I have some items missin. I emailed them a few times and tried to chat a few times and never got an answer. They basically robbed my money.
