Sana Market and bakery

Very strange store, cramped, everything is cramped, you can't get through with a cart. Small assortment, mostly spices and utensils. There are much better stores with more diverse goods.

This place is not setup nor does it run like a store front or a restaurant in the west. There is no organization and observations of sanitary rules and or compliance to them. Very u structured, and just like many commented not the best or quality products. One order and we had to come back because of errors in the packed food we received.The only thing there that was good was the sheer yakh or ice cream and that is because there is one guy who makes them by hand and distributes them to customers. The owners need to start improving on the layout of the store, customer service, cleanliness and consistency of product.

I order Bolani, I don't like it was burn and the inside was empty, we are paying for you guys. you're not giving for free.....

Extremely filthy and disgusting restaurant. I Ordered Kabab and sat in the reserve restaurant it was full of Cockroaches strolling around. Table were unchecked and not cleaned. Every where even on the ground was cooked rice and seemed no one cleaned for weeks. I can't believe how Health department doesn't inspect this place.

first I would like to state that with all the experiences I've had in Sana Market have been exceptional great. I think people don't logically think that mistakes can happen and its not the end of the world. The food is amazingly tasty, good variety of products, and outstanding afghan bread. I've always been satisfied with the outcomes. I even had Sana Market cater to one of my events and had a great outcome. Delicious food and all my guests were very happy with it as well. Ive noticed some of reviews here talking about time. Although I personally have never dealt with any delays of time mistakes can happen and if the food was good then that's what mainly matters. I think we should stop trying to tear down a small business and instead help improve it if there's issues. But overall Sana Market has meet all my needs with amazing customer service.

This place is an amazing hole in the wall You wouldn't expect. The Bolani is perfect and the sheer yak is out of this world amazing

If i could give them below one star i would, this place is very close to my house and me and my family would always go and shop here but they have very poor costumer service, i purchased some jam and i go home and my mom ask me to read the expiration and after i look i see it was expired year ago and they were still on the shelfs.When i went back and i told the cashier he told me you can bring it back and take another one and he was sounded like its normal and its okay.Another time i was in a rush and i decided to try their restaurant and i ordered some food and the guy told me it would take 15 minutes, i waited for 20 minutes and another guy came out of the kitchen and ask what I'm waiting for and i told him i ordered food and he was like ok and didn't even bothered to go back and check on my food, another 10 minutes passed and he ask me again hey what were you waiting on? I told him its been 30 minutes and you told me 15 and he said okay we are busy your food should be out any minutes and again did not bothered to go back and check, i finally had enough of it and i told him can you go back and check on my food i have been waiting for 40 minutes now whats going on,He went inside and came back and told the other guy something and they both went inside the kitchen and after few minutes one of them came out of another back door just trying no to make an eye contact with me. The second guy came out and said your food is coming out in few minutes because we were busy and i told him why didn't you tell me in the beginning that it would take time so i could have gone and come back and not wait here for 50 minutes and they guy was so relaxed and he was telling me that its okay it happens. I finally got my food after more then 50 minutes and i told him i would never come back to your store and i make sure to tell all my family and friends about the service so they wont go back here.

Expired food, infested with roaches, rude customer service, they "accidentally" over charged me. List goes on and on. STAY AWAY

If I could give them a zero star I would absolutely no customer service at all and I ordered chicken shami kebab and I received this look at the menu pics and what they brought me this place sucks food is terrible DON'T WAIST YOUR $$$$ HERE

The handmade sheeryakh was amazing! 10/10. Drove 1.5hrs for it and I'll do it again. We didn't have anything else so I can't comment on the food but the restaurant looked pretty and clean to me (unlike some of the other reviews I read). The store was also nice and clean, looked well stocked.
