The food are expired. The service is terrible. The ambiance is full of roaches. See attached yogurt drink sold to us in late November. It had expired in late August. What sort of business sells product 3 months passed expiration date? Feeling sad for all the customers of this unethical shop. I could give negative reviews.

They raised their Bread prices and the bread tested not good anymore !$3.00 every other Afghan stores prices $2.00 .

Best Tandoori chicken! Fresh Afghan naans and all the groceries makes it one stop shop. Clean store and customer service very friendly.

Never buy their meat products or anything from the butchery . Very rude butcher, very low quality lamb kabob.just buy whatever is packed and sealed by the vendor

Dirty. Unfortunately I saw roaches and their food is not fresh. They say their bread is fresh baked and my husband came home with bread that was clearly days old

I'm giving 1 star for the dishonesty. I go to the bakery to buy fresh bread. The bread is delicious but few times they sold me 1-2 day old bread. When I suspect that it is not fresh, I ask if it's baked today and they always say yes, it was baked 2 hours ago or this morning. The bread feels warm in the plastic bag but when you get home, you can tell it is old bread. If they are not baking at the moment and the bread is warm in the plastic bag, you wonder why is the bread still warm. They don't need to cheat to make few $, they can put the bread out with discounted price and label it as old bread. It takes a long time to build a good business, don't let greed ruin it.

Clean middle eastern groceries and meat counter. Price is reasonable and the Afghan bread is made fresh throughout the day.

I came here for a chicken kobob sandwich, I ordered dark meat, I I bit into the sandwich, and instantly I felt pain, there was a huge bone in my sandwich when I told the owner about It, he said, yes there's bone in it. A sandwich is isn't supposed to have bone in it. He didn't warn me about it, I chipped my tooth.

The customer service is 0 and they are too rude especially the old stupid one other than that everything is so expensive at this store if you have ever compared the prices with other Afghan stores in Sacramento you understand what I mean.I will never buy anything from this store again.
