The food was decent here, but the service was great! They were able to seat our party of ~13 within 10 minutes during lunch on the Saturday of Valentines Day weekend. I grabbed the combo pho and the Vietnamese ice coffee. Their process of bringing the pho out was unique, clearly showing they wanted an "elevated" Vietnamese restaurant. Your bowl would come out, with the noddles and meat, and they poured the pho soup from the tea kettle into your bowl. My gripe here, and reason for calling the food decent, is this process limits the heat retained in the soup. I suggest finding a different route for this or even going with the usual of pour pho soup in the back kitchen from a boiling pot. Lastly, the Vietnamese coffee was strong but didn't have much depth of flavor. Seeing I was slightly hungover, I was still grateful for it. Overall, I would come back but probably try something else. My cousin got the garlic noodles with shaking beef and it looked incredible.

We took my boyfriend's family here for a quick Valentine's dinner and it was great! There was no wait and all the food came out really quickly. I got the pho with the short ribs and my boyfriend's family got the ribeye pho and they all enjoyed it!We also got the garlic noodles, salt and pepper wings and rocket shrimp to share. They were a perfect portion and the prices were very reasonable.Parking was easy in a big shared lot and my only feedback would be to move the tables a little farther apart. My boyfriend and a woman behind him kept accidentally hitting each other and it made it a little awkward. Otherwise it's a great place for a nice meal and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Today, all three of my favorite Thai Restaurants were closed for some reason. Monday 01/13/2025. So, I stumbled on Saigon Alley Natomas. Great service! My server Carlo was excellent! He made the experience relaxing and no complaints what so ever! Ordered Pho Bo Nuong Charbroiled short rib served on side, fresh noodles. The Monday vibe was real chill. R&B music playing, not too busy. Family vibe.

This is definitely a modern fusion Vietnamese restaurant with cute decor and a modern bar and drinks. I went to try their pho and got the Saigon alley which is basically a combo with oxtail, brisket, meatballs and tri tip. The oxtail was really good but I wished they had some tendon as well. They pour the pho broth table side from a tea kettle which makes it feel fancy. Overall it's a good place to try and different taste and experience than your normal pho place. I'd still recommend Stockton blvd for more authentic tasting pho

Love it! One of my favorites in Natomas! I've been to the Midtown location of Saigon Alley many times and loved it, so I was excited to try their Natomas location for the first time, and I am glad I did! We stopped by for lunch right before the rush and it was perfect timing. The decor is modern and chic, with a spacious layout and a TV above the bar. There's plenty of bar seating, full bar and the whole atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming. We were greeted right away and seated promptly. They have a QR code menu option, but a paper menu is also available if you prefer. We ordered the ribeye pho, sweet chili chicken wings, and the pork chop rice dish. I also tried their café soda (ice coffee), which was super strong but so, so good!Let's talk about the ribeye pho! It was incredible. The broth was clear, rich, and full of flavor. You don't need to add a single thing; it's already perfect. The noodles were plentiful, and the ribeye was tender and delicious and also included beef balls. It comes with a side plate of fresh basil, jalapeños, and bean sprouts to round it out. Easily some of the best pho I've had!The sweet chili chicken wings were crispy and a good size. While the sauce complemented the wings well, I felt they could use just a bit more seasoning to make them pop. Still solid, though. The pork chop rice dish was another standout. The pork chop was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can choose between white rice or fried rice, which is a nice option to have. The presentation was great, and it tasted even better than it looked.Overall, Saigon Alley in Natomas is just as amazing as the Midtown location. The food is authentic and high-quality, and the service is friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back, especially to check out their weekday happy hour! Highly recommend if you're craving delicious Vietnamese food.

Omg the BEST chili oil we've ever had. Don't sleep on this deliciousness and stock up on their house made chili oil. Even my parents love it! I'm also very pleased with the most recent to go pho order. Big difference from our last one. It was delicious and filling! Enough broth and everything!! Thanks for making it right this time.If you're dining in this place is beautiful and they are up to date with holiday decor. I look forward to my next dining experience with Saigon Alley. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Good food, Good customer service [Natomas, Sacramento CA]We tried this restaurant for the first time and our experience was very good. We had dinner here before heading to a Kings game. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we were seated right away next to the huge bar. Nice decor and ambiance inside. We placed our orders for the Grilled Pork Chop w/ Fried Rice and their Garlic Noodles w/ Shaken Beef. Portions were generous. Customer service was A+, our server's shift was over and left and the bartender took over and refilled our drinks w/o us asking. He also took care of us when came time to pay the bill.I did not know this place existed in the Natomas area. The location was once occupied by Crazy Sushi Korean & Japanese Restaurant and Tuk Tuk Restaurant... hopefully, 3rd time's a charm and this business stays. Review #3628
