This library is located on Del Paso Road in Natomas. It is brand new looking inside and out. Perfect place to study and access great books and computers. The staff is super helpful and a security is always available. There are computer rooms and printers. The books are spread out evenly and you can access them easily through the shelves. You can also rent videos and movies! A+ to this amazing oasis for reading and learning!

I've only been here once and I would have to say that for the 1.5 hours I stayed doing work I was happy with my experience. It was bright and open, and had decent bathrooms, the supply of books looked decent. The only thing was that there weren't any plugs to charge your devices which I thought was necessary especially at the work tables. I asked someone at the desk and I was told none of the work desks have it and that I would have to rent one of the private rooms. It can also be loud with the kids who hang out in the large rooms after school which didn't bother me too much. Other than that, I would come back here again.

The North Natomas library is pretty impressive. It has a lot of computers scattered about for folks to use. Heck... they have one computer classroom with about 30 terminals. All free to use. They have study rooms with windows looking into the interior of the library. They have group tables, single desks, and single plush lounge chairs. Pick your pleasure. Staff are super helpful. The library has a good size collection of books also in children, teen, and young adult literature. Anime, fiction, non fiction, music, comics, movies, magazines, and newspapers. Plus they have material in foreign languages: Persian, Tagalog, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Vietnamese... etc. You can also check out books online. The library uses Hoopla and Overdrive apps... go digital. Ohhh luvin the "power" of a library card. They even have an used book store across the hallway. I recently bought two books for a whole $1. The high school and community college center is next door. So this place can get packed with people in the late afternoon on a school day. But good use of combined resources.

Located right next to Inderkum HS. My daughter has been going to visit this library for years. She comes here daily to do school work and study until I pick her up usually around 3:30pm. It is very clean and modern. Copies are 15 cents per. The staff is helpful. They have a lot of desktops for use. They also have some rooms for quiet privacy. Also, racks of current mags for perusal. Get a card and get hooked up!

Kinda sad I won't need quiet, private study space anymore but from my busy last couple months I would have to say, North Natomas Public Library has honestly been one of my favorite libraries in the Sacramento Area (besides Folsom). I say this because the people here actually respect the "quietness" of a library, it's also a clean facility and they do have a specific separate room- the "quiet" room where it is low to no talking. Great space for you to study in silence. Only down fall is they do charge for parking in the lot adjacent - but if you can find street parking, take it! - that's all free.

I have always loved the library... It's always been my personal sanctuary when I needed to escape, when I needed to dive into the latest and greatest book, and where I discovered numerous authors that would speak to me through their words. The North Natomas library is definitely smaller than the library that I grew up going to as a kid. Yet, it's still holds an amazing amount of books, and other things such as movies and audiobooks. Things that were not available when I was a kid, and I love how technology has brought the written word to life in so many different ways. The staff here is so knowledgeable, friendly, and they really are a part of our community. They go out of their way to make sure that kids have the books that they are looking for, and whatever it is that they may need for school or reading pleasure. They of course offer that to the adults as well, but it's just nice to see how engaged they are with kids no matter the age.Reading is fundamental... And something I encourage you all to do. If you are not a reader, consider an audiobook to get your feet wet into the wonderment of the written word. If you are a reader this is a great opportunity to explore so many different authors without having to pay for the book. For the people that work at the library, thank you for all that you do. Amber Clark, a sweet and kind woman will forever be missed. If nothing more, pick up a book and read for her.

I have been taking our son to this library for six years and signed him up for the summer Reading program since he was two years old. While I just love coming to the library with him, I wanted to share the warm, heart felt service we received from Anita! We came to pick up his Medal for reading and she just was the sweetest in recognizing my son for his reading... two times! The first time we came she explained the 2021 medals would be in soon and still gave him a temporary medal and remembered us last weekend when we came for the 2021 reading medals. It's kind people like Anita that really make a difference and we are very thankful for the support as we want him to enjoy coming to the library and reading.

It's been years since I've owned a library card and I'm so excited to be back in the game. A few months ago I realized we were in desperate need of new age appropriate stories and books for our 4 year old. Our bedtime books were getting boring and it was time to bring back some classics! After applying for a library card online, within a few days I was putting books on hold and reserving for curbside pick up. I've found the online reservation system seamless and the staff at the North Natomas Library very efficient. While I cannot speak for the full library experience due to the pandemic and closures, I can say their curbside pick up has been excellent. After sending a text with my name and library card number our books are usually out on the table available for pick up within 5 minutes. We have been enjoying a new haul books and Nintendo switch games on a weekly basis. I am so happy the library is open and this service is available in our community. I can't wait for things to go back to normal so that my son can get the full library experience.

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STUDY IF YOU NEED A QUIET PLACE. Located next to Inderkum High School, so a bunch of high school kids trickle in throughout the day on weekdays. Staff seems not to care about limiting the noise as there are bunch of kids talking loudly, using phones on speakers, laughing and making TikTok videos.

This library sucks. I'm trying to study for my class in ARC and there are high school kids throwing things around and swearing loudly at each other while the library staff ignores it. The kids were making asian racial comments and rallying in the rolling chairs.Go to the other Natomas library if you need to get some studying done.update: I went to the children's area to study instead, and the security had the nerve to kick me out but not the disruptive kids. This place is a joke!
