Decent little neighborhood library. Took the kiddos to check it out today for the first time, as we moved into the area about two weeks ago. We used to live near Arden-Dimick Library, and this library is roughly comparable in size. While I saw some earlier reviewers complain about homeless folk trashing the bathrooms, as well as "creepers" ogling women, I'm happy to report I did not see either problem on our visit. Apparently they did a renovation last December, and the place looks nice and shiny. A security guard walks his rounds in and out of the building. There are separate computer labs for adults and kids, a seating area for teens, a play area for kids, conference rooms, a community room, and as other reviewers mentioned, a 3-D printer is available for use, which is pretty darn cool. One interesting thing you can borrow from this library for the duration of your visit: a bicycle lock! Although I imagine most cyclists carry their own lock (I do), this service would come in handy if someone forgot their lock, as well as for anybody who simply doesn't own a bike lock.At the entrance you'll find lots of flyers and info about other library programs and services, and a variety of extracurricular activities. Not much else to say I suppose; if you enjoy reading and live nearby, definitely come check out the scene at your local library! :)

Good selection of books and a decent size. Has 3D printers available for those interested. The day I went was quite rainy and there was not a lot of room to sit with all the people inside with all their things. The decor is not exciting. Nothing to spark excitement. The furniture and shelves are basic and old style (the 50s?) That said, it is good to have a local library that is a fair size. Parking is plentiful in the lot.

Great library, like that you can checkout SLR digital cameras and other gear. Haven't tried the 3D printer yet. I like that they have a few graphics programs in the lab, noting to fancy. They also have sewing machines, Friendly staff and some books for sale that are highly discounted.

I printed some important documents here today. $0.15 per page - not bad! Better than going to fedex/kinkos. They have a nice little area for kids too. Plus points for being close to the post office!!! (After printing my files, sending it via priority mail) ... And there's a bingo place right beside the post office if you're up for some bingo.

I came here for a Meetup and the meeting room is very spacious. Lots of chairs and enough tables. The speaker and the participants all looked comfortable and okay within the group. When the Library closed, they kept the bathroom open and the place is still well lit. If you want to share something to the public, it is a great place to hold your meetings or teach a free class. The staff was nice when the library was open.

I'm old & call a lot of people "dear" & "honey". One employee snapped back "don't call me honey"! She maybe shouldn't be in a customer service position. As far as others at the desk they have been helpful & the library always reserve books for me.

Great book selection. You can print there for cheap. Got some books for me and the kiddos. Not so much of a quiet library due to the homeless people going in and out. They are constantly screaming, blasting loud music on their bikes, washing up in the bathrooms. I was here with my kids and left early. They linger around the library walk up to you and beg. Maybe security should be in the parking lot to make sure you get in the car safe. Men urinating outside. Women with no top or bra on. I parked across the street to take a picture.

20th Century Library doesn't meet 21st Century demands. Time to move ahead. If you need to phone folks at the library you have to call the main number listen to a message and then have an operator direct your call to whatever branch, after you get to the branch you have to explain yourself a second time to the person at the branch. Why can't I just directly call the person who can help me? Anywho, left a message because the person I wanted was unavailable they told me she'd call me in an hour. I never got called backI am looking to use the 3D-Printer. It's great that they have one but a total waste if no one can use it. I understand the covid has provided a great excuse for folks not to work but this is now May of 2021. I'll wear a mask, I'll provide my vaccine record, I'll work by myself. I'll try to do whatever you ask, please just get the 3d printer running again
