I won a free member at this place a year ago. I actually like this gym better than corporate gyms. All the trainers are friendly. What they don't have in corporate gyms they make up for creative exercises. They have TRX, Bootcamps, personal training, and Kickboxing classes. I attended a few football parties and Halloween parties they threw pre-lockdown. It doesn't feel so "bro" gym here--everyone was welcomed regardless of fitness level. They allow pets to hang out while you work out which is a plus. Jose, the owner has his own dog that's there everyday and it's nice to see her. It is a big warehouse building that has three bay doors so they're able to remain open during lockdown. They moved some workouts outside for more space. Jose is nice and does personal training. I always enjoy doing boxing as a personal session. Jose is very accommodating. It's a great gym to belong. Call and check for any new member openings. Right now, it's limited but they have a waiting list. They also follow and practice pandemic guidelines to keep members safe.

Located in a small alley way, easy enough to find if you can see their signage on the sidewalk your almost there! They offer memberships for "open gym", "heavy weight lifting", "boot camp" as well as one in one private training. Prices for a membership start at $35 a month and go up from there depending on what type of workout you want to do. The last eat class they have during the week is 6:30pm and lucky for Fido, they're dog friendly so you can bring your pooch to your workout (I love that!). Brandon (one of the trainers) was super helpful and informative. This new little spot is gonna do well because of the competitive prices, the kick ass work outs they offer, and the amazing location. If you want to try it out for free, every Saturday at noon they offer an hour long bootcamp class. The only thing you need to bring to take advantage of the freebie class is 2 canned food items. Super cool! They're giving back to the community while giving peeps a free class! 5 stars for price, location, helpful staff and varied workouts.

Well, I didn't meet Jose to work out but I am so glad to have met him. My car broke down in front of his business and he totally went out of his way in sweltering heat and got me on my way. He and his side kick Miss Coco welcomed me into their space and renewed my faith in humanity. So, if you have made the decision to get in shape, you cannot go wrong putting your faith in Jose and his business. Thanks again for everything my friends!

Always nice to support local businesses, and sac eco fit is one of the best. Jose's boot camp really kicked my butt and is definitely worth trying out. If ever you've wanted to give a boot camp style class a try, definitely check this place out!
