Average bingo hall with a food area. Your experience depends on which night you go. The people running the hall are pleasant when they want to be. Staff give the most unpleasant looks and volunteers walking around have favorites they cater too. New faces are treated differently just know that and only regular players bingo. There is also a bad dog smell in the carpet, they allow a dog to come inside.

I went with my aunt, sister and cousin. My aunt and cousin are regulars with that being said. We had a blast my family is very comical plus the know the majority of the people there. They showed us the rope otherwise I would probably be lost. The staff is nice, but take baby steps when the ask how many books you would like. I had a hard time keeping up with 2 books and a computer. There is food available for purchase and coffee is free, bring a sweater or light jacket if you're cold blooded.

I really like this bingo hall! Nice people, nice workers. Clean too. They have new game consoles that are really nice and easy to use. The snack bar has good food too! We gave never had an issue here.

The bingo is just ok...games are not challenging..beginner level games...The customers....while there are very nice, pleasant people..there is a gang(yes..a gang))of extremely vocal..rude and threatening older women there who disrupt play and actually physically threaten other players...That being said if you can deal with that and I can't anymore.... the volunteers and the people who run the bingo are the best...it's a shame that they don't do something about attitude control..I won't go there at night anymore because of threats and feeling completely unsafe when leaving the bingo at night they actually have security officers who stand and watch when people are threatening each other instead of diffusing.I have observed this on more than 10 occasionsI go to bingo to have fun not to watch or be involved in negative dramaScreaming at the volunteers and the collars is also out of bounds there are many places to play people do not act like that their speedy games are the most fun ever they play them on Saturdays in daylightAGAIN...THE STAFF AND VOUNTEE7RS ARE AWESOME....WISH THEY WOULD do something about the bullies after all it is their right to refuse service

If its your first time or you are not a bingo veteran than I really dont recommend going to play bingo here especially at the late night bingo session. They dont clarify the certain games that you will be playing very well at all. I was not impressed at all by this place except for it was a pretty clean bingo hall. They really need to work on explaining things better because not Everyone that comes in there goes on a regular basis.

New players beware! This is not a friendly environment. People are rude! My friend and I went there for the speed bingo so we understood that it was going to be an intense session but the volunteers can't even help you explain about the patterns on the games. Instead a volunteer scolded us about talking which was not true, we were whispering and asking each other the pattern on the card to win. In addition, the callers suck! Anyway, I just want to let bingo players know that this is a cutthroat bingo place to go to. I will NOT ever going back to this awful place again!!!

I was wondering if there was a listing for the bingo hall with the best food.No such thing, I guess, but there should be, because hands down this is the best food by far.Delicious food that's not all fried. Great teriyaki chicken and rice, homemade chili, soups and sandwiches. We don't really like playing with the machines but we come anyway for the food!!!When us ladies get out we like to enjoy our days and that includes food we don't have to cook.Hers taste like foods we would cook. Great job, and it's a non-profit.The people are nice too, everyone working this bingo are very helpful and fun.The music is also great. This whole bingo is very nice. You will have a great time and hopefully win some money!

Our grandparents came to town and we decided to play bingo. My grandmother plays in her hometown and she wanted to play during her visit. To my surprise, I enjoyed it too! We attended the Sunday Matinee hosted by CASTO and the cleanliness, professionalism and volunteers were delightful. The manger noticed we were new and he made sure we knew what we were doing and came out three times to make sure we were having a good time.My grandmother made a comment on the way home she wished her own hall was a professional as the manager Dano has made us feel. Since that visit, we now go every Sunday and Manager Dano still greets everyone by walking the hall throughout the games. It is very honest and the charity deserves 5 stars. Go play CASTO. It starts at 12 noon every Sunday afternoon!

This bingo hall isn't as grand as what you'll see at the casinos, but the proceeds go towards one or another charity/group. That being said, there are volunteers that work the floor of the bingo hall and not all of them are knowledgeable about the games nor are all of them professional or tactful. So don't get offended or take it personal if you don't receive excellent customer service...they are volunteers after all and some of them are very nice however you might get a lemon that may ruin your experience.I give it two stars b/c It's cheaper than playing at Thunder Valley Casino. The times that I've come here it tends to be an older crowd who are "particular;" the thought that comes to mind is grumpy. However, I've met some nice folks as well.If you're new it can be confusing with where to begin and how to play b/c the casino hall don't have the logistic exactly down yet on the organizational part so I have listed a few suggestions below:To improve the efficiency at the register:-Have signs above the teller station to guide people and new folks as to which line to stand in. for instance, have a removable hanging sign above the far end window that says "REGISTER/NEW PLAYER" to help direct new patrons to go stand in the further line to register for their cards.-How about having a friendly staff stand near the entrance line to welcome patrons and to help direct folks to the proper lines and answer questions along the way. With my first time I simply went to the first line that i saw where everyone else was standing, only to find out that I was in the wrong line b/c I needed to register at the other line first before buying in. - Have a large detail sign displaying the buy in and power package pricing and details on the large mirror wall so that it's visualable to those standing in line while waiting to buy-in so that folks and review it like a menu prior to getting to the window. B/c as of right now I have to wait to get to the window to see the deals printed on letter size paper which is hard to see.

Too many games apart from the paper games or it would have definitely earned 5 stars for sure. What was a good night out to support your local charity and play bingo has now become and expensive outing. The regular session paper games are being replaced by "junk games" that cost you quite a bit with the appeal of bigger winnings. I would rather play 10 paper games for 10 bucks then 1 cardboard game for 10 bucks any day. Good luck everyone - and have fun!!!
