Sabor A Mexico

We just couldn't wait to come back to Sabor A Mexico in 2025. The service here is impeccable. Giselle our server as always so polite & courteous. Including Joesph and the rest of the staff are always waiting to serve. They all work well together. This place is really a diamond in the rough. We're a party of 4. We ordered the Sizzling Shrimp Fajitas, Sizzling Chicken Fajita, Chili Rellenos with Crispy Taco & Shredded Beef Super Burrito with Rice & Beans. The food was served heat hot. Hats off to the Chef. This food as always mmm good packed with lots of flavor & seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be back.

I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They give you chips and salsa when you dine in - the salsa is delicious. I ordered the birria tacos (plate came with 3) and was really impressed! The meat was soft and I love that the consume was not too salty. I also ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas. It was delicious too. The steak was soft and the shrimp was great. I do that wish they added more shrimp. My plate came with only 4 pieces.I look forward to coming here again.

Good: - fast service Not So Good I ordered the taco platter. It came with two tacos that had No onion. No cilantro. No tomato. No salsa. Just a fried tortilla with a super small amount of meat and wilted lettuce. The rest of the to go box had A small ice cream scoop of cold rice. And a small scoop of cold beans. Taste was also lack luster. Save your money and spend it where you can get a better bang for your buck.

I've been here for both lunch and dinner and both times it's been packed. They have great chips and salsa and a good full Mexican menu. The servers are so sweet and very fast and helpful. The tacos are amazing and I highly recommend the pork adobado. The ambience is a cozy dine in experience. It's great for both lunch and dinner and I've enjoyed going here with my colleagues during work.

Unbeknownst to me, I'd had food from here before. My hubby said he'd gotten take out in the past, but this was the first time we went in. There was a gentleman who saw us before we even got through the door. Greeted us, and seated us right away. Told us about the specials, various margaritas for $5 all day! (Apparently this is a Saturday thing). Solid menu selection, breakfast served all day, great ambiance, it was super clean, even in the bathroom, everything stocked and smelled nice. Our food came out so quick! Everything was hot and delicious and just as we ordered it. In a time when good service is hard to find, this place has mastered it. The regulars seemed to know the employees, there was Spanish music playing and authentic decor all around. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Well. Stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday. The place was super busy. Service was fast, given how busy they were, and friendly. Inside and outside seating areas both seemed clean. I got the birria tacos. My husband got a burrito. Tasty tasty tasty. It's a little far from home, but would go back again for sure when we are in the neighborhood.

I ordered the chili Colorado, and it was absolutely amazing. I'm very picky when it comes to Colorado, but this one nailed it. My mom, who's an extremely picky eater, tried the asada fries and said they were pretty delicious. My dad went for the chili relleno and loved how perfectly crispy it was. Our server (whose name I can't recall) was very punctual and attentive. The restaurant had a cozy, authentic Mexican vibe, but the food really stood out. Special shoutout to the salsa--it was fantastic!

We found this restaurant from Yelp. It was a Sunday about 530om that we came in for dinner. We ordered a number of dishes and each held their own flavors. The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Reminder they close early on Sunday. Support this restaurant when you're visiting or living in Elk Grove!

Service was excellent! Joseph and Isaiah were attentive and welcoming and we greatly appreciate the service you gave; makes our experience even better.Our favorite was the chicken taquitos it was crispy and the chicken was moist topped off with fresh pico de Gallo. pickled onion and sour cream.The enchiladas were flavorful, the meat was tender, and the beans and Spanish rice were a great combo.

Another great visit. Excellent dinner, customer service, quick and hot food, ample portions, love this place!
