Roundhouse Deli

I'm so happy midtown has a location now, and best of all, it's as good as both of the other locations! Delicious food, reasonably priced, nice clean restaurant and great customer service. Roundhouse deli is a family favorite. My go-to, the chicken tacos with extra cheese and salsa! If you haven't tried it yet, don't wait, you're missing out. Highly recommended.

I go to the Roseville location, the sandwiches are worlds apart. I ordered three full size sandwiches here and they served them up on hotdog buns, literally two fingers wide. It's like they take advantage of the location and charge more for less, unethical, immoral bait and switch tactics. Never returning here, it's a rip off. I will try the Roseville location again, if they're using hotdog buns now, it's a wrap, I will no longer patronize the business. Ridiculous

Went to Roundhiuse twice in one week. After having their trip tip tacos, I had to come in to try their breakfast!The meat was delicious in both items!Their hot sauce is amazing and the perfect amount of spice! When I got the breakfast burrito I asked for extra hot sauce on the side. Staff is super nice and welcomes you right when you walk in the door. Wish they were open on the weekends!

Some of the best food in all of Sacramento. Every item on the menu is high quality and fresh.

I am so glad they opened in sac and close to work. I always had to go to Elk Grove. These are the BEST tri tip tacos ever!!! Little addiction.

Stopped by around 1pm on a Friday and the place had a decent sized crowd. There was no wait at the counter so I took my time with their menu despite knowing I was there for their tri-tip tacos. The young man at the register was nice and took my name for the order. I sat down with my cup of water and waited. Not even 5 minutes later my tacos were ready.The 3 tri-tip tacos were served on king corn tortillas, they melt shredded cheddar cheese pile on juicy tri-tip, lettuce and more shredded cheese on top. The tortillas had a nice crisp on them and are powdered with parmesan cheese on the outside. Think Jimboys tacos but on speed lol.The house made salsa the lady behind the counter offered me really paired well with the tacos. It was spicy and had me sweating. I loved it. This place is super divey. The young man was slicing up pastrami when I showed up and I can't wait to go back and try a sandwich next. The crew here did a great job of keeping the place clean and orders were firing out fast of the kitchen.

This place truly lives up to the hype! This place was recently featured on a local morning show. The restaurant features the Tri-tip taco or sandwich and a variations of burgers. Today I took advantage of the highly rated Tri-tip tacos! The grilled corn taco shells were filled with a healthy amount of meat, cheese, and a little lettuce. They were very good. The Mark Burger was a mouth full and flavorful too! The staff were all friendly upon entering the place with a greeting. The tables were immediately cleaned. The space is open with lots of tables and open space. We will come back!

I am beyond excited to have this new addition to the Roundhouse Deli family! Their Sacramento location is their third after the original Roseville and more recent Elk Grove locations.I love that the character of the building is similar to the original, like a sibling to what I've grown to know and love. They are open M-F from 7am-3pm currently and offer a variety of breakfast and lunch items. They're known for their Tri Tip Tacos and sandwiches and the daily specials are always a great choice. I ended up getting the Monday Pastrami sandwich combo that comes with a side and drink and the pastrami was amazing. I also brought home a plain cheeseburger and chicken strips for my husband and everything is solid. It's very casual here and they have tables that you can enjoy your food at, but many people take it to-go as well. The staff was super friendly and my food was out quickly and was still hot when I got home.From my experience, this is a great representation of what I expect from Roundhouse Deli and I'll be back often.

With this being their third location, I thought things would be better.My first visit I got the chicken tacos, they were very bland. I would think for seasoned restaurateurs it would be much better. Taco in one hand and a bottle of hot sauce in my other hand just to add flavor.My second visit I went with their "bread and butter" smoked tri-tip tacos. They were extremely smokey flavored, makes you wonder if the smoke flavor is enhanced. On our second visit we also got the Train Wreck, this was like a soup sandwich. The bread disintegrated not even halfway through the sandwich, not what you want when you need to go back to the office.I hope this place gets it together soon as it's very close to my office.
