I ordered from Rollin Roadhouse the 2 for $10 Pulled Pork Sliders. One N.Carolina style with Ketchup based BBQ sauce with coleslaw and one K.C. with Blackberry Molasses BBQ sauce with Haystack Onions. I could have made it a meal with a drink and fries for $5 but didn't have the space in my stomach for it so I just got the ice cold soda for $2.The order came out hot and fresh in about 10 minutes. The sliders were the expected size. The breads were lightly toasted just the way I like them. The pork meat was tender with no chewy fat parts. The K.C. was perfect with crispy onions and Blackberry BBQ sauce. I didn't taste any seeds either! However, I would have liked more coleslaw and sauce on the N. Carolina.I applaud Rollin Roadhouse for providing the good condiments: Hunts Ketchup and French's Mustard. Most food trucks provide the generic products.

I might be generous with 5 stars, but the quality is there. Try 'em out. I got the Smokehouse Cheddar. Excellent quality tri tip, cheese, a really great BBQ sauce, on a fresh tasting roll. The "Big Boy" (vs their sliders) sandwich size was adequate for lunch. The flavor was truly satisfying though. Coworkers raved about their fries. It's always a bummer when fries aren't worth all the calories. I didn't try them, but they looked thick cut seasoned and crispy. Side orders of fries where huge. Value-wise the salads with nice looking produce (add meat for $2) look like best deal at $10. My coworker was quite pleased. Come back to Gateway Oaks, RR!

The pork sliders are thick and delicious. Bother the K.C. and the SC are yummy. Also Love the bacon with blue cheese sliders! Highly recommend. Additionally the sweet tea is delicious as well.

Food was good! Fries amazing! I swapped half of my buffalo chicken sandwich with a friend for half of her pastrami. Hands-down the pastrami was better. Chicken was just OK. The guys serving was really nice and helpful with suggestions. I only gave four stars because I feel for the size of the meal it was slightly overpriced.

Michael S. is SPOT ON. Went 10/13/17 at Kilgore in Rancho. The tri-tip sandwich is good, but owners cost for entire sandwich is $3 at most. Very minimal meat, maybe two ounces if that and then the big bun, sauce, cheese and other condiments. These fellas failed Business 101- REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

Tried the smokehouse cheddar sandwich combo and must say, the meat was deliciously smoked and the BBQ sauce, melted cheddar and onions made it perfect. With a very generous portion of fries with a drink it made it a very filling lunch.....But, I will never again buy from this truck. $17 for lunch. The small sandwich is already overpriced at $12 al la carte so add another $5 for fries and a 12oz can of soda. That's $17...Seventeen dollars...$17 f'n dollars for a small delicious sandwich, well seasoned fries and a can of soda. Obviously the Veteran owner/operator of this truck isn't the idiot for charging $17 for this overpriced combo meal, I am because I paid it. Even the sliders are overpriced, they have a two for $10 deal and they're just regular small slider buns.. you usually get 3-4 same sized sliders in a restaurant for $7-9 depending on where. It upsets me when I find businesses as such with a great product and cannot give it 5 stars. Glad I tried it, but not worth the cost.

This was my first time eating at the rollin roadhouse at a brewing company and it was AMAZEBALLS! The chef is very efficient and makes sure the customers hear their order being called (it's loud and people are not right next to the truck) the meat was perfectly seasoned and not chewy at all. Sometimes the trucks add a bunch of sauces to cover up lackluster food but not this guy! Simple and perfectly cooked to you can actually taste the meat! Great job Chef! I will be returning to try the blue cheese slider!
