Sorry I don't trust this place. I bought a 12 pack of Dos Equis cans and it said $18.99. The price doesn't ring up so the guy calls whoever in Punjabi on the phone talking for like a few minutes and says $22 for a 12 pack of Dos Equis. The guys like no $22 I was like whatever. I won't be back to a place where it feels like they try and rip off their customers.

I went in here for a friend who had ordered an item from Southern California . This item was from 2021 but I had all the documentation that the shipper stated the item was damaged and to contact the seller. I speak to Ro who tells me he is the manager . He is annoyed because the order is from 2021. I explain that she has called numerous times and no one will answer the phone .I show him a email she has sent to the business . He tells me they no longer has access to that email . He ask me for the order number and says he doesn't have time to do all that research . I had my phone video turned on at this point because his behavior seemed unprofessional .I asked him to just replace the bottle or give her a refunded . He tells me no how does he know the item was damaged . I show him the email from the shipping company again . I tell him that I will contact ABC . He is in business and apart of that is handling unhappy customers . Here is where it gets pretty nasty the gentleman , I use that word loosely, start swearing and yelling at me . I reply that is not how you speak to a woman or anyone. I do not raise my voice and I leave to seek resolution somewhere else .I have the whole thing on recording in case he disputes his unwillingness to do the right thing and his awful behavior .Be cautious shopping here and stay safe if you do.

Don't get roped in to their membership program. It's a broke system with no tracking capability.Example: Paid my dues for the April-June quarter on April 5th. Credit card was charged. Website didn't reflect membership status.Emailed Ashley Ornellas, twice. No response. Emailed Roco once. DM Roco once. No response.Roco will say stuff like...if you have a problem...then DM me. Well I did. You seen my DM. And you ignored it.Finally had to get my CC involved to get my refund.What a waste of time. Let's NOT gooooooo.

Horrible customer service for online shopping.I was trying to place a larger order over $1000 and was having issues trying to check out as the website wouldn't give me a shipping quote even though my state was one of the states their website says it'll ship to.I tried calling the store to find out why I couldn't complete the transaction. I was put on hold right away and then the guy talking to me said he didn't know what was going on. Instead of trying to find out or ask someone else who knew more than him, he told me to call back in a few hours.No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've had the opportunity to try so many new bottles of whiskies and bourbons in the past year here. So many bottles that I had not even heard about before were introduced to me by this shop.They added to their good service by starting an online website so that when the limited edition special bottles arrive, you can purchase and reserve one or more immediately online, then not have have to rush to come it for it. I do not understand some of these 1 star reviews. Perhaps those people would prefer the impersonal shopping at a corporate liqor chain where the staff have no power to order requested stock at all...?

Editing because i got a response on other social media platforms to my questions: A little torn on this review because...the price for what we got was good, and we love a fellow whiskey lover. We're really happy with what we ordered and the selection...But, YIKES. the process to pick up our order was SO confusing. So I'm split at 3.5 stars? So I guess just be prepared with what you're walking into.We ordered the Whiskey of the Month special online, which they push pretty actively through social media and their website, so we figured this was their preferred method and we've been wanting to check them out for a while. Got the email order confirmation which didn't really contain much info other than our confirmation, order#, and the note that "your order is being processed". So fast forward a few days later and we never received a note to tell us that our order is ready, so, we decided to call. First call we did, they told us to call back at 3pm. Okay, fine. Gentleman on the phone didn't sound like he could speak English all that well so we would try again later. Called back and they said "we don't have your order." We insisted that we had ordered online and were told, "we'll call back in 5 mins." We never got a call. We called AGAIN and we're met with the same rude "we have your order. Come pick it up." We didn't provide a name, an order number...nothing! So we just decided to drive over and pick up. Gentleman at the counter was on the phone the entire time and really seemed to be bothered by us. We had placed two orders but he didn't really listen to us so took a while to get him to understand what we were saying. Again...we didn't give a name or order number. Just showed him our email which he barely looked at. It was just all a bit strange.I understand this is a small business and possibly family run so my recommendation is that they possibly try and update the messaging for their order confirmations or add somewhere online that "your order will be ready in X amount of days" or something like that so that your customers aren't left guessing when we can pick up, etc. This will save your staff from having answer calls and your customers won't be confused

I stop by Roco Wine and Spirits from time to time and try to do my part to support small businesses in the area. I occasionally arrive at Tsuki Sushi (recommended) before opening and buy a bottle at Roco while killing time. It is a decent bottle shop with a good selection for a small shop. After browsing I picked up a 750 ml Frey Ranch Bourbon. It was $100 and I hadn't done any research beforehand, so I bit the bullet and paid. Afterwards, I did some searching and the bottle was $50 from the Frey Ranch web site and $40 everywhere else. OK. Lesson learned. Next time I am early to sushi, I will just run into Lowe's instead.
