Our youngest daughter is four and absolutely loves to dance. She went with a friend to an introductory class at another studio and loved it. Parking is typically pretty easy to find in the large shopping center they're in. We signed her up for their once a week introduction to dance class. She loved her classmates and instructor and wanted to do their recital in June. The class provided a lot of valuable life lessons. She learned and had several things reiterated: confidence, human kindness, paying attention, respect, responsibility, timeliness, and trying your hardest. Their waiting room is exceptionally small, and they prefer you drop off and pick up your child after class. Unfortunately, that's not realistic for her due to some separation anxiety issues, but we'll continue working on it. Starbucks and Walgreens are both within walking distance for those who are able to drop off their child or children. They sell a variety of ballet and dance apparel and shoes. The recital costumes were reasonably priced and absolutely gorgeous. Tickets were also reasonably priced, and the show was well planned and executed. Our daughter's dance partner bailed on her before the second show, and her instructor Mona helped instill the confidence in her to perform a solo rendition that she did a fantastic job with. She's excited to begin class again in August after soccer is over and to perform again in December's recital.

Signed my daughter up for intro to dance (Ballet) for once a week. She absolutely loves it. She looks forward to dance class every week! The staff and dance teachers are all so nice and welcoming.

My girl love this place! The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have a waiting room with a screen to watch your kid(s) practice. I personally like this, because when my kids can see me watching them, they act shy or mess around lol. I like how the instructors spend some time on each kid and help with their technique. This place is more affordable than other places too. Definitely recommend trying this place out. My girls do ballet, but they also offer tap, and hip hop.

My daughter does classes at Rize All Arts Center. The staffs are usually great. We had a mishap during buying the costumes. They had a promotion to purchase the outfit and they didn't have the actual product to show the sizes. The staffs recommended extra small. When the merchandize arrived, it couldn't fit her. They were trying to blame me for ordering the wrong size. So rude of the owner. So they had to give my daughter whatever was in stock in different style. They told me not to worry about it. Exactly, the same thing happened to other parents. I wander whose fault was then. It looked strange, my daughter was wearing different style. They send out so many e-mails but I feel like it's overwhelming. Anyways, the show is 2 hours. And the lines to register the girls on the day of the event was horrible and I felt most of the times the teachers were dancing. The show was long and boring. I wish they could cut down in sections. For example one set of students perform from 12-1pm and another set perform 2 to 3pm.

This is a great community center to enroll your kids and get some exercise and learn some dance moves. The teachers are great! There's two recital performances that the students put on and it is a well oil machine. The teachers are dedicated and interested in the kids progress. If you want to take the dancing further and compete, they also have competition teams. I highly recommend investing in your kids' future. You can take lessons yourself. You can have a trial class to see if you like it. Take that leap and just go for it!

I took my daughter to dance here. It is in great location as it's only a 5 minute drive from us. I do like that even though I can't go into the room for my daughter age I can watch on the video. The price is affordable but I haven't been happy with the service we have received. Teachers don't communicate much with the parents. The price for classes is reasonable but to participate in the show it cost a lot for just a one minute performance from your child who to busy watching the instructor who back stage on the side that they are supposed to follow or help is needed. It seems more of a performance for the instructors as there parts are more and longer so doesn't feel like it's for the kids. The uniform we got was not the one we ordered which is fine but would have been nice if management informed us of the uniform change due to shipping error or what ever else but there was no communication I had to make a phone call when I was in panic thinking my husband picked up wrong uniform but it was just they changed the uniform without notice. We took pictures for the show in June and we are now in September and our picture orders are not completed. I have emailed multiple times to get push back and basically was told at one point they are having a hard time identifying kids because they haven't seen them maskless for a whole year. It's just been excuse after excuse but they have time to send weekly promotions and phone calls to get you to reenroll. They have time for all that but sometimes take awhile to respond to emails or don't call back when I call. I been told by multiple people to write a review on Yelp but I was trying to be understanding but 3 months out and still haven't gotten a full product you paid for is ridiculous. I really wanted to sign her up for more classes as she loves dance but if I can't get the customer service I guess we should take our business some where else!Update: I'm revising to one star! As now I'm being told they don't have my child photos and they hope they can make it up to me by giving me free merchandise after pulling me along since June that they are working on them. Why would I want free merchandise of a shirt that I already have for her or a place at this point I don't know if I will go back to. You think if you paid a business for photos and you didn't get them that you would just refund that family the cost they paid for photos. This has officially made up my mind of not taking my child back. I will go else where and even pay more for a company that is more about costumer service and the kids.

I applaud Amanda and Dane for what they are doing. We were first introduced to them through our elementary school where they offered an after school dance program. The kids did the program for 6 weeks and at the end they had a recital for the parents. It was such a great program for my boys. When I found out that they opened a studio, I signed my daughter up for a hip hop class. She's little and never taken a class before so I was reluctant. They told us that the first class is free so that the student and parents can make sure it's a good fit before signing up. SOLD! We went to our first pre-hip hop class (ages 3-5) last Tues and it was darling! Dane kept the kids engaged and moving. He was SO patient. My daughter repeatedly interrupted class to ask him off topic questions and he kindly redirected her back to the dancing. We decided that it was a perfect fit and my daughter will now be taking the class. As a parent, I was worried that my little one wouldn't enjoy a rigid dance school and perhaps lose the joy of dancing. This school is perfect for our family. They kindly redirect the kids while still treating them like the tiny, easily distracted human beings that they are. I'm so glad they opened this location and I think we will stay at this center for a long time!

[edit: thanks to the owner's prompt action I am able to get the refund back so this is resolved. However I am keeping this post hoping to make other people aware of their new policy]BEWARE OF THEIR NEW POLICY STARTING AUGUST 2023: they charge $30 for a trial class (in the name of registration fee) WITHOUT letting you know when you create an account in the system. My kid is not their student yet but as a new customer who signed up for their trial class the experience is quite unpleasant. The school required new customers to create an account in their system first before signing up for a trial class, where I was asked to provide my credit card info (which I did - so dumb). When I checked out, it said payment amount is $0. The next day I received an email from their front desk telling me a non-refundable $30 is charged to my credit card. Even if my girl decides she doesn't wanna continue after trial or she's not coming to the trial class, they are not going to refund to me. The front desk added that I can use the $30 for a week of unlimited trial out in different classes. But what's the point when my girl is only interested in one class. I mean they should have at least made this clear when customers create an account. I hope other parents are aware of their new policy.

So much I could say. Watch your accounts. It may say non profit, but far from.Your child never levels up,always same tired moves year after year after year. I suggest educate yourself about dance before signing up,they will take advantage of you if you dont.

This review was just overdue, I've had two of my kids attend this school for almost a year with the last recital was a bad and last experience for us. Sadly my daughter loves to dance but with poor customer service and staff not being professional and communicate with parents we will no longer be coming back. Started when staff told us a time for recital pictures and turns out when we came back EVERYONE has already taken there pictures because they decided to finish "early" well it would've been nice to inform people like me that was there earlier and the staff denied us. My daughter was so disappointed, didn't know how to explain that. Next class they apologize saying they will just edit my daughter in the pictures? Um ok? . I was like ok fine. Recital, season finished and emailed saying the pictures came in. Well my daughter is clearly not on the site, I emailed and they responded with "those ones have been proven to be a bit trickier" I don't even understand when my daughter's picture is the same as all the students photos. Then responds with the latest will be JUNE12. I'm guessing she's talking about the recital video. Ok but if that was the case why have they not emailed anyone this update? Like someone said here, I rather pay more for GOOD customer service. For how long they take for the kids to learn & perform one song is too long of a stretch.
