I've been going here for years and I love everybody there from pharmacy to just floor staff. They're always willing to help and I've called in a couple of times to see if they have something I'm looking for and if they do they put it to the side for me so I can come and get it off of work. And it's always clean !

Oh joy! I get my 1st ever FIRST to review a business! I stop in here once in awhile when passing or going to Rio Linda. Well lit, not full of riff raff/criminals, clean and has all the usual suspects one would expect from a Rite Aid. The cashiers have been friendly enough when I ask them ?s. Store rates a 4/5.

The people who work here are nice enough and helpful if you need something in store but unfortunately the pharmacy is a mess and I have no idea if it's a store side issue or corporate side. For over a year I have been filling prescriptions from here and the first couple refills were fine, but for the last nine months it has been a nightmare. I schedule refills through the website, in the beginning I didn't have text alerts so I would just go in at the scheduled time and the prescription would never be filled. Once I only had to wait ten minutes, but other times I have had to wait 3 hrs to a whole day. Again, this is for a prescription that was scheduled days in advance. I eventually set up text message alerts which saved me trips to the store, but didn't change the fact that my orders were getting filled hours or even a day late. I order refills as soon as I'm able (site only lets me place refill orders 3 days before I run out) but because of these delays I'm constantly running out and/or having to skip a dose or two, which is dangerous. The final straw that made me finally switch pharmacies is today I got a notification saying they were out of stock of the medication I needed and would fill it as soon as it was in stock. The order was supposed to have been filled YESTERDAY and I placed the order three days ago. They had days to fill it, or order it, or at least tell me they were out BEFORE my prescription ran out.Again, I don't know if it's a store issue or corporate issue, but either way it's too dangerous for the health of me and my family to do business here.

Typical Rite Aid. Slim pickings in grocery, over priced, and then long lines to pickup meds. It works just not enjoyable. Pharmacist is helpful and nice.

I stopped by this Rite aid at 9:20 to find the store closed. There was two employee at the check out and we were trying to get their attention. They had a customer inside who told us he got kicked out after shopping with his son. They gave us no explanation when we asked why they had their doors closed if it was only 9:20pm and she Ignored us.

Rite aid is driving themselves out of business! Store policies on cash back or rewards has changed so much I cannot keep up with it. I wasted MORE of my time today on line with customer service....(remember they ARE getting paid and you and I ARE NOT) Jumping thru hoops is not my idea of a good time and I made this quite plain..........if it ain't broke DON'T FIX IT, RITE AID!!!I quit. Too much competition out there for you to stick your neck out that far, Rite Aid!

Would give zero of possible came in to get batteries to find them locked up and the salesperson would not get them saying he can't leave from of store so I asked if manager or another employee available he said no. So now rather than grabbing what I need quickly I have to make another stop- iys ridiculous to run a name brand store this way this is not a mom and pop store -
