Don't let the Folsom old-timey bar hangout vibe fool you as you walk in. It's a bar; it's a grill. We had their spicy Louisiana style chicken sandwich with sides, and we were blown away! Best spicy Louisiana style fried chicken sandwich I've ever had, bar none. Sides ordered were garlic fries, onion rings, and one other that I forget...Great service, too. We walked out gobsmacked. Go. Try it. Tell me I'm wrong!Well done!

After hearing only great things about this restaurant for months, I finally had the opportunity to visit. The restaurant itself is nested within the old Folsom Hotel Saloon and felt like a blast from the past. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, the 1885 burger, and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Coming from a person that rarely eats Brussels sprouts and usually turns them down, I have to say these were hands down the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had. The outside of each sprout was fried to perfection, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The balsamic balanced the richness of the garlic aioli and the feta cheese was an amazing addition. Moving onto our entrees, the 1885 was recommended by our server who was super energetic and kind. It reminded me of a French dip as the sandwich came with a side of au jus to dip in. The burger itself was packed with flavor, but in my opinion, the au jus wasn't adding much to the overall dish. The chicken sandwich was top notch as well. Only gripe was that there may have been too many pickles. One thing I would like to point out is that their ranch tasted more like tartar sauce than ranch. Overall their food is excellent and the atmosphere is lively. I would eat there again if I'm in the area.

If you don't try anything else from here, get. the. brussels. We ordered delivery on NYE so needless to say there was a delay and I'm sure the food would have been even better if it hadn't taken so long to get here. Overall, even after the delay, there were some standout dishes that I'd highly recommend.Gotta Get: Brussels sprouts. Fried and topped with garlic aioli, balsamic reduction and feta, these babies had the perfect amount of crisp, char, sweet, salty, and of course umami. Just get them and thank me later.Safe Bet: Grilled shrimp mac. Layers of flavor, super cheesy, topped with well-seasoned grilled shrimp. Loved it. The lemon berry cake was also super moist, topped with whipped cream, raspberries and blueberries. Not too sweet.Forget: Crab roll. Again, it took a while to get here which would explain the sogginess, but the bread-to-crab ratio wasn't there and frankly, was overpriced.

I'll put this out quickly, but I. WILL. BE. BACK.This restaurant is amazing! I didn't know what to expect, but my wife and I were in the mood for something NEW. We had been at the outlets all day in the rain and wanted to warm up with a new food spot. We read the reviews and everything we saw was really good. Isn't it the best when the pictures and the reviews line up with the your experience?! Just sayin! We ordered a lot of food. The Fried Pickles ($8) (which were spears, not the chips. A pleasant surprise), The 1885 Burger ($17), The Westie Burger ($17), and The Rodeo Fries ($14). All... and I mean ALL of the food was excellent! Good flavor, hot, tasty, flavorful, and just a great experience overall. And the Rodeo fries was LOADED with burnt ends. They did not skip out in any way.Our server was cool. Very chill and helpful when it came to making our selections. The vibe was awesome. I'm sure they have live bands from time to time and I'd love to go back on a day when they have someone playing. I will say this... if you have younger children, it's not the best place for them. Not many tables to sit at so it could be hard trying to find out how to sit them on a stool. Luckily we were able to sit down at a table, but I think there are only 2 of them.If you're looking for a nice vibey place with good eats in Folsom, check this place out! You'll be glad you did.Hope this helps!

Had a long drive and found this place in old Folsom. The whole street is decorated in Christmas spirit. Came late in the night to a festive bar and grill.Server was nice and accommodating. We all got burgers and a side. The burgers had a good portion size and were very tasty. The sides were fried perfectly and had great sauces. I got the spicy buttermilk fried chicken and had chili oil dripping out but it could've been spicier. The chicken was crispy and airy.Service was great and we were constantly being checked up on and had water refilled.

I remember seeing this place as one of the top places to eat in Sacramento and I wanted to check it out. I came on a Sunday around 1pm and the place wasn't too crowded. Was able to find a table for 7. I'm big on burgers and can tell if the burgers are good quality or not. When I tried the burger it was just an average burger nothing really special. I love garlic fries and upgraded to that. The fries were greasy and I felt like the portion size of the fries was small. Overall this is just an average restaurant with bar food. I wouldn't come back unless my friends want to go here. Had better burgers next door at Samuel Horne's Tavern.

I didn't know this restaurant was here for a long time. I found Represa Grill with my daughter one day when we were looking for a place that served fried pickles. They are so yummy, the perfect combination of spicy and crunchy they're a must try if you like pickles. Today I was greeted by a server who had a very kind demeanor. She said hello and helped me decide on my order. The burgers are amazing. I ordered the Westie because I love a good onion ring and theirs are second to none! Fresh ground Certified Angus short-rib beef, a brioche bun, cheese, a couple onion rings, and their bbq sauce was delicious. I also upgraded my fries to garlic.

The food is absolutely amazing, 10/10, had to download yelp to leave a review because it's seriously that good at a cost that doesn't hurt your wallet. My girlfriend is vegan and they had options for her as well which is always a hard deal but they were incredibly easy and caring. 5 stars are definitely earned here.
